This visit is to mask western failure in the Balkans. Once again the west has not grasped the element of time; they waited too long for everything and this is now slipping through their hands. The first delegation was supposed to shore up fractures that were appearing in a “perfect” plan and that delegation even said that “Kosovo is in US interests” to the Serbs and therefore they must form a government with Tadic at the head. When the US was told, diplomatically, to shove its advice where the sun does not shine, the windbags from Washington left packing with tails between their legs.
The first visit was too short and now we have the second one “putting pressure on ….” Let me tell you a little story – when you have lost two major wars and your big battle group is now considered as NATO BS and your superior equipment is crap, you can’t even scare an old lady let alone anyone else. Time for that has passed but as the Emperor said about his new cloths “they are beautiful, but where is that breeze coming from? Is the cloth too thin?”
Love Hilary Clinton at the Paris summit. The only thing missing was a broom.

"In Priština, Gordon will meet with senior government officials to congratulate Kosovo on the planned end of supervised independence this September and to continue encouraging Kosovo's leaders to work on European integration, the release adds."

Funny. As if 'Kosovo's leaders' would have done anything for it, including the 'work on European integration'. It's all determined by the international steering group for Kosovo, which probably finally realized that the project of creating a multi-ethnic, democratic state has failed (just like in Afganistan), so it makes not much sense to stay there any longer.

The new government will lead Serbia into the EU until the major powers, such as the U.S. and EU, to be respected state border of Serbia.

Everything that was signed by former Serbian President Boris Tadic and the government led by Cvetkovic and B.Stefanovic and concerns of Pristina and Kosovo, it would be better then when he signed it and not told the public that there is now a back door to the squeeze and that both Gordon and Philip Reeker present hot chestnuts Dacic mandatary

Gordon will request Belgrade sits on it hands when Pristina cleanses the remaining non-albanians from Kosovo and tells them to shut up already. He might even say 'please'.
