The UN provides office space, a secretary, a driver? - not sure about that one, and $300,000. When Kerim held the position, Macedonia added $1 million to that. So exactly what does Jeremic need $7 million for?

Nope, not on drugs...but have run many businesses...and know the costs of short term contracts...do any of you live in america? Because I do...and yes 20 k is a more then fair price for interns in NYC...heck , Vuks office can get creative and do non payed /internships for students studying international relations @ NYU or Columbia...fully furnished "office share space "is the best solution...and your not hiring a lawyer ,your hiring several law firms....here, in the states a regional political campaign consists of 2 to 3 employees and the other 25 -50 volunteer ...( This is a one year gig) and its good for Serbia if its used properly ...my serious fear is a repeat of March 2004 Serbians were being Murdered by Jihadists in Kosovo and Bombs were going of on trains in Spain..and Vuk did and said Nothing! and please don't refer to me in a derogatory manner...when I comment its because I know...

You must be thinking of Belgrade or something. New York is one of the highest rents in the US. For 2000 a month you will probably find a broken down storefront in Harlem. You want an office close to UN headquarters better make that starting at 60,000 and if you are going to pay anyone in the office 20,000 a year plan on them getting a room at the YMCA or sleeping in the office. However, I think he is granted an office at the UN itself, and he is given a salary by the UN, so what Serbia provides is prestige money.
I did really enjoy the part about your numbers being inflated.
Follow this link and find how much these interns can find an apartment for in NY.

Also rental prices for offices have dropped so if you look online you can find that they are available for $50-$100 per sq ft, I think that translates to somewhere around $450-$900 per sq meter.
An attorney for $500k was aobut right but I think you were referring to more than one.

I'm no fan of Dilas...but he's right! This guys got something wrong with him, spending 3 million dollars a year! What does he need ...a secretary/pr ( his wife) between 25 -35k ...a few interns 20 k each...lawyers 500k...since this is a one year deal he can do an office share for 2k a month...internet and security...maybe , 10 k a month...a place to live, he can do temporary housing...3 k a month in new jersey...and all my numbers are a little inflated...since the world wide economy has gone down; the wages have gone down as well...he can function and be effective for less then 1 m ...anything more is theft...
