I would shock and awed that Eulex, or any other law enforcement body in Kosovo actually did something to apprehend a perpetrator of violence against anything Serbian in Kosovo. The Western entities, and the local KPS, are a laughing stock in N. KiM when it comes to law enforcement. The news today, that they (Eulex, etc.) actually suspect someone in crimes committed against Serbs, is a milestone. I do not expect anything to be done to bring anyone to justice here, as there will be some higher up phone calls made, but it is reassuring that at least someone in the international community has noticed that an Albanian may have committed a crime against a Serb.

when names of suspects are uithleld here on b92,usualy it turn out to be srbs. if it was albanians it would have been big headline already. we will see.

What's going on? Normally in "Kosova"*, charges of terrorism and participation in a terrorist group means someone gets a medal. Is it because these Albanian terrorists missed their target? Now they need some retraining to perhaps make them more accurate next time?
