Does Almhofer really think that procedures used in civilized countries would work in Kosovo, with the KPS? An OSCE head to Kosovo should know better about the situation in this 'democratic and multi-ethnic state'.

This inccidents happends only when Clowns like Obraz and Company come to this event ( yesterday ) if only peaceful serbs that don't provoke police or non serbs come then no incident would happend, then of course Belgrad is part of this mess. If you want to visit Gazimestan then go there with your mouth shut, finish your duty, cry about your loss and leave the place.

Yes, just like the school kids in the bus provoked the Albanians just by their presence, I think. Provocation is never an excuse, especially not for police which should be professionally trained for those situations and work on deescalating the situation.

hold on here. something new and interesting is happening. it seems that the steadfast truths i've read here are being shattered. i was under then impression that any and all rock throwing incidents in kosovo were always perpetrated by children. this is not the case any longer?

Albanians are either incredibly scared people or you are making excuses from the safety of your keyboard far away from the place you boast about defending. The incident was condemned by international observers and the government of Kosovo. You should be a little more intelligent in what you write!
