Yes, of course, more help from the Commission is needed. Nothing can be done without the uber milch kow. Unfortunately it doesn't have a very good track record with letting countries becoming EU member states without fulfilling the requirements and still don't. The Commission needs to stop making exceptions by certain politically motivated countries. Lesson learned. No.
