Any time, I enjoy enlightening simpletons. The fact that the Serbian population of Croatia has been practicaly wiped out (the only ones left are old people who will die soon), the result of Jasenovac and the US/German sponsored genocide of 1995, means nothing to brainwashed minds like yours. You would rather focus on a small village in Bosnia called Srebrenica, where the revenge killings for Naser Oric's horrific war crimes are somehow labeled 'genocide' in order to whitewash the crimes of the real war criminals - NATO, the Germans, and their nazi allies in ex-Yugoslavia.
(Dragan, 29 June 2012 22:02)

IN REPLY,

that's strange. i have family and friends of SERB origin in Croatia. they are not dying out yet...some are in their 20s. and even pre-schoolers. maybe you should visit HR one day to see the Serb community alive and well there.

Speaking of genocide, how come B92 doesn't have the report on 28 Serbian bodies being dug up in Croatia a few days ago? They were killed during Operation Flash in early May 1995 - a precursor to Operation Storm. http://www.tanjug.rs/news/48711/28-serb-bodies-get-exhumed-in-croatia.htm

What are you talking about? What country did Serbia invade? Serbia only defended territory on which serbs live. And why do you only bring up the last wars in the balkans? Why not mention WW2 where albs, croats and muslims sided with nazi Germany? I'll tell you why, because it doesn't fit your agenda. Croats alon massacred 600.000 serbs. Why don't you stand up for that? Or the massacre of serbs in Kosovo by albs during the same period. 20 years after the balkan wars ended Albania still send weapons to k-albs, they cause tension in Presevo, they cause problems in Macedonia. Since the wars ended I haven't witnessed any stoning of busses, destruction of cemetaries/moansteries and the killing of minorities in Croatia, Bosnia or Serbia. All of that is taking place in Kosovo and Macedonia still today. Albanians don't have a history of tellerance and understanding, its either your way or the high way.
The latest events in Kosovo and Macedonia is proof of that.

First look up the word Genocide in English not an American dictionary, and perhaps you just might understand what the term genocide means. You cannot declare it was genocide in Srebrenica but not in say Sarajevo that is my point. It either was or is not. But this jackass of a tribunal wouldn’t know the difference between its head and arse.
Genocide is not murder nor is it manslaughter but mass murder on a huge scale where you WIPE an entire group like the Germans wanted to do with the ones they hated. That is genocide; it is not something you pick and chose at your convenience; it is too big a crime to do that. So the judicial jackasses could not find any evidence against him (nor is there anywhere else) then they should let him go FREE.
Why are there women children and old men still alive from Srebrenica if Genocide was committed?????????? Genocide means wiping out EVERYONE.
Wherever you live make up a case similar to this one and run it by the legal fraternity there and see how long it takes them to say IT WILL BE THROWN OUT OF COURT because there is no evidence – use the same criteria as you would in an ordinary criminal court.
Here a little bit of legal advice hearsay and rumor is inadmissible in a normal courtroom except in the Tribunal.

Well it is a relief to know that the goal was to rape, torture, brutalize, and murder as many people as possible without completely wiping them out!

Michael Thomas,

The found the bones of over 8800 Bosniaks in 3 mass-graves.
(Danilo, 29 June 2012 12:11)

Danilo, you know full well that no such graves have ever been found. In Bosnia the Hague Tribunal has defined as "Mass Grave" as one that contains 3 or more bodies. There are plenty of these small graves but not one that contains thousands of dead. Bones of about 3,500 men have been found, mostly in the open in the woods were they fell fighting.

There may have been a massacre of a few hundred Moslems at Pilic farm by the 10th Sabotage Unit, but if that happened, the bodies were disposed of by the Bosnian Serbian Army.

The 10th Sabotage Unit were mercenaries officially working for the Bosnian Serbian Army, but unofficially, probably working for French NATO forces. President Milosevic want to examine the role of the 10th Sabotage Unit, but fortunately for NATO he did not live long enough to do so. I suspect that Dr Karadzic will meet a similar fate once he starts asking awkward questions.

Genocide is the wrong description for Srebrenica. The muslims are not ethnically different from Serbs,Croatians. The Menfolk chose to believe that Izetbegovic and his Muslim Army would save them, instead they were abandoned to their fate. Some of them were armed, some of them took part in Oric's forays into Serbian villages to kill and steal. Why were the women and children let go by the Serbs?. The Genocide would occur when all people in Srebrenica irrespective of gender were killed. I take no sides but the Bosnian state of victimhood must end. Their leader Izetbegovic was indited for war crimes something they choose to forget and just before the indictment was released he had a fall, very convenient indeed. Just to add 60,000 German civilians were killed in fire bomb attacks by the British RAF in World War2 and this was not considered mass murder or genocide.

Is a siege of a city during the war genocide?
(aaayyy, 29 June 2012 11:26)

Well it depends on the reasoning and circumstances behind the siege during war.

If you're trying to exterminate the ethnic Bosniak population to turn the city into a purely ethnic Serb city and claim it as the capital, as the RS did then yes it is genocide. Banja Luka is only the de facto capital of the RS, Sarejvo is the de jure capital of RS; even today.

Its a little complcated so I will go slow. The tribunal did not say genocide never occured, it said that the prosecution failed to prove that Karadzic was guilty of it. But they were quick to say the prosecution did present enough evidence to prove he was guilty of the other crimes. Now it is up to him to disprove the prosecutions case or it is life in prison. The Tribunal has already ruled that Genocide did occur in Srebenica.

After Srebrenica, NATO was rebranded as a humanitarian organisation existing to protect helpless people from brutal dictators.

NATO’s slaughter of millions in Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya are consequences of the Srebrenica narrative. NATO needs Srebrenica to justify its attacks on sovereign nations.

Here are 8 facts about Srebrenica which explain what happed:

1.) NATO ordered the heavily armed Moslem garrison to abandon Srebrenica
2.) 20,000 heavily-armed Moslem soldiers broke through Serbian defensive lines and marched towards the city of Tuzla.
3.) In battles with Serbian forces, 3,000 Moslem soldiers and 600 Serbian soldiers were killed
4.) The bulk of the Moslem garrison arrived safely in Tuzla.
5.) A mercenary group called the 10th Sabotage Unit of the Bosnian Serbian Army went into action around Srebrenica
6.) The 10th Sabotage Unit was formed of non-Serbs (only Croats, Slovenes, and Bosnian Moslems)m who were also ex-French Foreign Legion
7.) There is some evidence that the 10th Sabotage Unit murdered hundreds of surrendering Moslems soldiers.
8.) The activities of the 10th Sabotage Unit have not been investigated and constitute the only evidence of war crimes around Srebrenica

When Dr Karadzic questions the role of the 10th Sabotage Unit he will be silenced either by the NATO Judge or silenced permanently.

In NATO’s New World Order no one is allowed to question its version of history or its right to destroy any country on the planet.

But they were quick to say the prosecution did present enough evidence to prove he was guilty of the other crimes. Now it is up to him to disprove the prosecutions case or it is life in prison.

Yes forcing Bosniaks from there homes and kicking them out of the RS region isn't genocide but is ethnic cleansing instead. Nice to clear that up for once. However he will be found guilty of ethnic cleansing for this crime.

But the Srebrenica massacre and the Siege of Sarajevo will be classed as genocide, which is the second count of genocide Radovan Karadzic is charged with. Attempting to exterminate a population due to their ethnicity is different from kicking an ethnic group out of their homes and removing them from a region.

Then there are all the other War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity which Radovan Karadzic will be found guilty of.
