Serb Republic (RS) President Milorad Dodik decorated on Thursday Serbia's former prime minister Vojislav Koštunica with the Serb entity's top accolade.

Kostunica looks cool with his accolade. I heard he was a big cat lover, I love them too, so why not have one of the felines with him accepting the award? You know what a chick magnet pets can be, maybe Kostunica could become Serbia's "Uncle Ben"? An old man that cook's up crap in no time?
