Maybe you should examine your own methods first before you speak.
How did KLA achieve peace? You can bet that Serbs have a much more human way. We are not in the business of extracting organs and even killing our own if they don't join us in the evils of creating another country.

Look at the Serbian painting of the Serb migration from kosovo only orthodox Albanians buddy, being escorted out of kosovo by Serbian troops. No Serbs!!! Saint Angelina of Serbia buried in voyvodina is also Albanian. Maybe u can join the dots .... Ev-13 is Albanian of which a good percentage the Serbs have. Cut the bs it's eighties modern nationalistic thoughts and has no place any longer. The queen of England spoke Irish to sin fein to reconcile now it's our time to make the big leap lets see the Serbian take the initiative and move forward

"When you Serbs decide how to solve the problem of Kosovo, you can be certain we will support you."

This line certainly says all about the Russian approach towards K. Albanians, its clear that we don't even exist in his mind, its not that he doesn't recognize Kosovo, he, like the Serbian state leaders, doesn't recognize the Albanian people of Kosovo or the majority of Kosovo, we still remain a word, without hopes, ambitions and dreams. Those mentioning Skenderbeg should remember that this name was also given to an SS Division of Albanians to fight for a Greater Albania promised to them by the Nazis. Even by SS standards it was pretty much useless and eventually fell apart.

Albanians were recruited into the SS by Haj Amin al-Husseini, the Mufti of Jerusalem and the founder of the fake Palestinian Nationalism movement.

OK If I speak English does that mean I am an ethnic Englishman?

An example the Hungarians grew very quick in the 19th C. Because everyone who's first language was Hungarian he was then an Ethnic Hungarian according to their census.

Keep in mind at that time Albania was part of the Serbian empire and around that time, the Turks conquered the region. Meaning that there still Serbs lived. Also Greeks or vlachs.
Then some centuries later we have got the Serbian great migrations, Serbs of Albania/Macedonia/South Serbia etc fled into Austria/Croatia/Hungary etc.
And they were replaced by Albanians and other Muslims Turks/Slavic Muslims etc.
But Serbs were leaving until 1912 when Serbia conquered the region.
And the Serbian minority that still lived there, became Muslim and little by little more began to speak Albanian, and became assimilated.

I thought that Skenderbeg was from Northeastern Albania around gora region near the border of Macedonia.
But 100 years ago that region was still mixed Albanian/Slavic!!

Furthermore Skenderbeg= in Turkish Alexander named after Alexander the great! meaning the Turks knew who he was!

http://books.google.com/books/about/Georgija_Kastriot_Iskender.html?id=rPPsGAAACAAJ&redir_esc=y
Read this book written by Petar Popovski he recorded about 20 Macedonian songs about Georgia Kastriot albanians have non.

don´t be too optimistic, dude. it is still too early for a green light, but I think indeed, it will come.

that remark by Mr.Konuzin is a good start, and I don´t think it was said accidentally by him, ...I even think his words were rather deliberately placed and very likely he´s only following orders from Moscow in regard to that sentence.

BUT,

there is still some work to do, first we have to reverse all those damages the DS-led governments have brought to Serbia, and then we will take care about our southern province.

last but not least, it is no surprise that the K-albanians try to gain some advantage on a day when most of Europe and half of the world is focused on soccer...

When one of you publish something that is unbiased, represents facts, and is reviewed by pears around the world that are fully versed in history, linguistics, genealogy, and science (DNA testing), then what any one of you says is just hogwash or just plain BS. You guys take snippets of what you have read here or there on the internet (totally biased and unreliable), here say (even worse source of info)), or YouTube snippets just plain garbage with no credibility, and maybe here and there some of you who actually read books (which any author from the Balkans is biased no matter how unbiased they try to be) so still the info is unreliable.

It has become one's own personal opinion against another. Read any Serbian book and it is of the consensus even the Albanians fought during that battle against the Turks. WE ALL LOST! Not just the Serbs, but the Albanians, Montenegrins, Macedonians (today’s version), Bulgarians, Hungarians, Greeks, and other tribes. For at that time there wasn't nationalism which came to being in the 19th century which many of you forget.

What did we all get? All the current headaches that we currently have today! The Turks most powerful tool: DIVIDE AND CONQUER. And it still is working today. Sad that we don't all celebrate the day against our common enemy that has conquered us till this day 2012!

Speaking about the ways to solve the Kosovo problem, Konuzin said he saw the issue "in the same way Serbs see it":

"When you Serbs decide how to solve the problem of Kosovo, you can be certain we will support you."

This is the green light Serbs are looking for. Come on Mr. Nikolic. Assemble the troops. Today's Russia is different then when it was led by Yeltsin. Send the troops and the Russians will follow. Finally the occupiers will leave with their tails inbetween their legs.

Peggy, you know the old advice, never argue with an idiot, as people may not know the difference. Let the Albanians and their provocations settle in the dust, like all their other meaningless opinions. Pristina, a hell hole that is run by former KLA terrorists, so stated by the US State Dept., is ignored by Albanian commentators here, but they call Serbs terrorists. They do not live in reality, if they did, they would see the criminality in Pristina, and not turn a blind eye to it.

Russian envoy travels to Kosovo, accuses K. Albanians
And this is a headline?
The oposite may be worth reporting, but this is old music.

I am just surprise that serbs are celebrating this event like an anti-albanian one. They probably dont remember that they were allies with albanians in 1389.Or they dont remember that 50 years leter Albanian people lead by Albanian national hero Gjergj Kastrioti Scanderbeg put turkish on the difence for 35 years in the raw,and they pay the haviest price for this,by 1/3 of people killed ,1/3 exiled and the rest force converting to Islam and forbiting the Albanian language in schools for 400 years till 1887.
Serbs forgot the albanian kosovar uprising against turks in 1653 lead by Pjeter Bogdani and the heavy price that thay pay for this. Also they forgot the Ali Pasha uprising in 1821 and massacer of all albanian leaders by turks in 1931 in Manastir.
Another fact that serbs and orthodox world forget is that people who made and lead Greek revolution were albanians from Marko Bocari,Bubulina to Kollokotroni.
Accusing albanians being pro turks just because they have some Prime ministers in ottoman emipre who didnt give a damn and didnt do any investment in Albania,is like accusing Portugal running EU just because Barroso is from Portugal.
On June 28,we albanians and serbs should celebrate together and not insult each other.

Finally the occupiers will leave with their tails inbetween their legs.

...About Skenderbeg he was Serbian perhaps he had Albanian warriors with him but he himself was not and ethnic Albanian that is well documented.. -.-
(mick, 28 June 2012 18:04)...

Than why dont u honour him by naming squaers and schools around Serbia after him?Probably because he is not a serb?
Most of western countries have erected his statues and he whas been called as Albanian Warrior or King. His castle was i Kruja hartland of Albania, not even close to Serbia.Saying that is Serbian, just because probabaly one of his great-great-great grandfather may have been, doesnt make him serbian. His descents today live in South Italy and even today they speak old Albanian not Greek not Serbian. If u like go down there and tell them that they r not albanian-arbresh but serbian and I am pretty sure you will get a non polite answer.

maybe he is stepping down and being replaced

He noted that he came to Kosovo with hope, adding that this could be his last visit.
Reality must be settling in once Kosovo is lost for good, Russian visits to Kosovo may also be curtailed.
(maybe he is right, 28 June 2012 13:26)

doubtful. try reading the rest of his statement about complete support for serbia's position on kosovo. he's probably ending his time as ambassador. another russian ambassador may be there next year.

How could the ambassador of Serbia be in Kosovo...THIS IS AN OUTRAGE

ahaha..

"When you Serbs decide how to solve the problem of Kosovo, you can be certain we will support you."

Thank you Ambassador. We all know this. Serbs biggest enemies are not cockroaches in Pristina but Serbs themselves. When we decide this needs to end it will end that very moment!

Quit the crap trolls!
You colonists seems to forget where you come from?
Because Albanians in the 20s knew that they were from Sicily and settle ted there from the red sea region (Syria/Jordan).
And they came there from the Caucasus.. Does that ring a bell? Caucasian Albanian look it up.

And I am sure many Albanians are also ex Serbs, from Skadar for example and from prizren/orhaovac etc.
One grandpa of mine was from prizren he was Albanian but his ancestors were Serbian and he knew that...

About Skenderbeg he was Serbian perhaps he had Albanian warriors with him but he himself was not and ethnic Albanian that is well documented.. -.-

How the Serbians forget other nationalities that fought against the Turks under the Serbian banner. That saint Angelina of Serbia was Albanian and a wonderful painting of the Serb migration by javonovic that hangs in the Belgrade museum of only Albanians migrating.

@Komandant:

don´t be too optimistic, dude. it is still too early for a green light, but I think indeed, it will come.

that remark by Mr.Konuzin is a good start, and I don´t think it was said accidentally by him, ...I even think his words were rather deliberately placed and very likely he´s only following orders from Moscow in regard to that sentence.

BUT,

there is still some work to do, first we have to reverse all those damages the DS-led governments have brought to Serbia, and then we will take care about our southern province.

last but not least, it is no surprise that the K-albanians try to gain some advantage on a day when most of Europe and half of the world is focused on soccer...

@mirel

P.S.
Italian Americans speak English at home
German Americans speak English at home
French Americans speak English at home

"When you Serbs decide how to solve the problem of Kosovo, you can be certain we will support you."

This line certainly says all about the Russian approach towards K. Albanians, its clear that we don't even exist in his mind, its not that he doesn't recognize Kosovo, he, like the Serbian state leaders, doesn't recognize the Albanian people of Kosovo or the majority of Kosovo, we still remain a word, without hopes, ambitions and dreams. '

Is this how peace is created?

=============================

Maybe you should examine your own methods first before you speak.
How did KLA achieve peace? You can bet that Serbs have a much more human way. We are not in the business of extracting organs and even killing our own if they don't join us in the evils of creating another country.
