Not me, Official, I do not believe in bloodshed for any piece of land. Land does not belong to people anyway, it is what happened on that land that is important. I do not think that the Holy Father is making stuff up. There is certainly more valid evidence to his statements, than some cockamamy claim by the Albanians that Kosovo is theirs because Illyrians lived there, and then the Illyrians got tired of the name Illyrian and changed their name to Albanians, or something like that. Reeducate yourselves, Albanians, then you will not sound so ignorant. There is plenty of info out there as to where you came from. It wasn't Kosovo.

Because Italians are not trying to steal Kosovo for themselves, and cleanse it of all non-Italians, the Albanians are. They have wanted to steal this land for themselves for centuries, and cleanse it of all but Albanians. Serbians have proof of their heritage on the soil of Kosovo, Albanians do not. So cut all the crap about Romans, etc. Kosovo has no proof of Albanian heritage. What is it? Capire, comprendere?

The liturgy was attended by Serbian Ministry for Kosovo State Secretary Oliver Ivanović and Russian Ambassador to Belgrade Aleksandr Konuzin.

I can deal with these two. Oli is a Kosovar citizen, and Konuzin a foreign dignitary. What happened to Ivica? Will he ever be able to step a foot on Kosova soil??? I doubt it very much.

Where is his speech declaring "Freedom is a gift from God,.." for the people of Croatia.

Where is his speech "Freedom is a gift from God,..." for the people of Kosovo.

Maybe , just maybe - if the SPC had applied this notion of freedom equally to all ethnic groups in the former Yugo - things may have ended somewhat differantly.

One cannot preach hate 6 days a week and expect GOD's protection from self made enemies on the 7th. God's love is unconditional but his actions are not. God works in mysterious ways and sometimes things happen to cause you to change your ways.
Nowhere in any religion have I seen where Serbs were referred to as the "chosen people"!
