Eagleeye,

My sincerest apologies...I completely misunderstand the high level of maturity in your comment that idolized a terrorist that killed policemen and was an architect of an U.S.-mandated terror organization that stole Serbian land.

As far as that comment...someone else wrote it...I just thought that it was brilliant!!

"Donkey Hoxha, Albanian Keyboard Warrior"...is freaking hilarious!!

So I take it that you're not a keyboard warrior then? You must one of those brave "youths" that throw molotov cocktails at Serb children?

Donkey...err...I mean Eagleeye,

Adem Jashari? Was he Jim Belushi's cousin?

Ohh...the terrorist drunk that founded the KLA and liked to kill innocent Yugoslav policemen?

Yeah...I remember now...how's he doing?

Exactly.

It's a shame that you have the misguided Americans there...or the same fate would've have befallen all the other KLA terrorists that you have running that cesspool called kosova [sic].

By the way...Milos Obilic defined what Kosovo and the Serbs are all about. If you and your masters haven't noticed, that defiance still radiates today in the north.

To: The guy talking about Nikolle, um you do know that there are Catholic and Orthodox Albanians right?

To: All

When one of you publish something that is unbiased, represents facts, and is reviewed by pears around the world that are fully versed in history, linguistics, genealogy, and science (DNA testing), then what any one of you says is just hogwash or just plain BS. You guys take snippets of what you have read here or there on the internet (totally biased and unreliable), here say (even worse source of info)), or YouTube snippets just plain garbage with no credibility, and maybe here and there some of you who actually read books (which any author from the Balkans is biased no matter how unbiased they try to be) so still the info is unreliable.

It has become one's own personal opinion against another. Read any Serbian book and it is of the consensus even the Albanians fought during that battle against the Turks. WE ALL LOST! Not just the Serbs, but the Albanians, Montenegrins, Macedonians (today’s version), Bulgarians, Hungarians, Greeks, and other tribes. For at that time there wasn't nationalism which came to being in the 19th century which many of you forget.

What did we all get? All the current headaches that we currently have today! The Turks most powerful tool: DIVIDE AND CONQUER. And it still is working today. Sad that we don't all celebrate the day against our common enemy that has conquered us till this day 2012!

pre 11 godina

The battle of 1389 has nothing to be proud about: it was nothing but a victory of Ottomans who annihilated Balkans allies. Albanians, Serbs, Bulgarians and the rest of Balkans lose their independence and became subjects of Ottomans for 5 centuries... Instead, Serbs should erect a temple or any statue to Albanian hero, Gjergj Kastrioti-Scanderbeg who successfully resist to Ottoman hordes for nearly 25 years.

He was half Serb, and he indeed understood that Islam was a palque, ideology worst than anything else and that is why he renounced it in due moment. But majority Albanians are Turks` c...suckers as they sold their religion for money and stick to that even nowadays by hoping to punp dirty Islamist money from Arabs and Turks - but party will not last long for you, Insha`Allah!

I don't get why the authorities of Kosova hesitate to use their force against these hooligan scums?! I mean if they were in Europe, they would be punished. I am outraged how on earth are allowed some lunatics to celebrate the ghosts of a medieval war, which has nothing to do with the reality. They resemble so much with the Nazi youth in 30's when they used to revive ancient rituals to legitimize their non-senses. The battle of 1389 has nothing to be proud about: it was nothing but a victory of Ottomans who annihilated Balkans allies. Albanians, Serbs, Bulgarians and the rest of Balkans lose their independence and became subjects of Ottomans for 5 centuries. I highly doubt that there is any reason to celebrate. Instead, Serbs should erect a temple or any statue to Albanian hero, Gjergj Kastrioti-Scanderbeg who successfully resist to Ottoman hordes for nearly 25 years. He became the symbol of liberty, which inspired later generations to rose up in turmoils.

Kosovo has closed the border with Serbia for now and the problem is solved. Serbs have injured 32 Kosovo Police officers. But if I read the story on B92 it must have been self-inflicted wounds because the poor Serbian darlings were ambushed by the evil K-Albanians.

It is an important visit for any Serb, but has nothing to do with football hooligans.A stupid attempt to destabilise the fragile sitation in the region. Partizan and Red Star fans seems to be the new modern red berets of a new war in the Balkans. Next will be the troups of Dacic. Later the tanks from Nikolic. Everybody take a seat in front of the TV. The online game will start soon.

The way this incident is being reported is a joke. The important facts have been omitted intentionally.

The bus carrying serbs football hooligans was turned back due to the provocations they were likely to cause since they were drunk, abusive and carrying offensive slogans. when they got to the border they attacked the kosovan police injuring 22 officers. Some of the serbs were injured as well in the ensuing violence.

You can argue whether it was right to turn them back / deport them, but as far as the violent incident is concerned, it was caused by these hooligans. In my opionion the police have showed great restraint.

Parts of this report are fictional especially the part "However, an incident broke out and shots were fired at the Serbs. " There is the magic. So go ahead feel free and try again.

Veles

Kenny

pre 11 godina

B92 you disappoint me. Unbelievable how you spin the story.

Those extremists tried to enter Kosovo and attacked the KPS first. Of course the police is going to defend themselves and prevent them from entering becaise they came to make trouble.

But thats okay, give the people what they like to read, but that doesnt make the story true.

They come here because they believe they feel they have to "correct" information from normal news sources with the agit propaganda they get from Albanian news sources no one else reads and includes information no one else mentions which always seems to make them look like innocent victims even when the other side gets hurt. It's the only way they can act tough and sound defiant over an area many of them don't live in and probably have never been to.

Partizan fans = hooligans known for their violent behavior. In this case, banning them is fine - it's better to stop football rioters earlier than later.

I have to admit this is the most amusing post I have ever seen on B92, it definitely makes a good question. I think the cleaning lady in the Emergency room would be able to tell the difference in a wound from live ammunition and a rubber bullet. Presence of an entrance wound should be the first clue.

Hey Nikolle, why the heck are you using an European Christian nick-name name - shouldn`t you use sth more in line with Sahria, like Amatullah, Aisha etc. By the way, most of real Muslims are circumcised, including female - and that is why they do not get satisfaction and seeking for substitute activities...! But you, as I have understood, are not from amongst them and therefore you are destined to apostate life, didn`t you know that? Hope that your life in occupied KiM is not too harsh, do not think that Italian Carabinieris would like to take to Italy and marry you - while I was there it was the dream of KiM`s jihadists girls, for sure there were some Christians as well but they tried to get away from jihadists oppression...lol

These are the same type of Hooligans that murdered that french boy. They came to Kosova to find trouble...they found it. Now those wounded will have time to think about their actions while in their hospital beds. They are lucky KPS didn't shoot to kill, but merely stop the hooligan attacks. You're fooling nobody Serbia. Kosova is not your territory in any way shape or form. KPS took care of business while Serbian MUP and military stayed exactly where they have been since 1999.....behind the "border". Good job KPS.

I'm calling Redzepi's bluff. I mean, he says that the hooligans were named Delije, but then later says that they were Partizan fans. Ha! Walk up to a Partizan supporter in Belgrade and call them a Zvezdin; see how they react...

I think everyone in the former Yugoslavia, whether Serb, Croat, Muslim/Bosniak or Albanian, who followed football (read: the entire population) would know the difference between the Delije and the Grobari. Rookie error, Bajram, rookie error.
