Anyway, what is important is that Serbia is cleaning up her side of the street and moving forward as a modern European state minus the EU I hope.

Aggressor according to who? The people we had fought against? Western media? Why don't you go watch the documentary "Weight of Chains"
Does it matter who did more or who started it? This is not a playground incident. Wherever crimes were committed they need to be addressed. When a country has the stomach to prosecute its own like this, it has to be recognized as a great step.
