Lying that you were from Kosovo to get asylum
(Wally, 26 June 2012 23:47)

Why would somebody get asylum by saying he/she is from Kosovo ? According to these forums people from Kosovo lived in paradise when Kosovo was under Serbia. I think you meant "lying that you were not from Kosovo to get asylum"...

(Comm. Parrisson, 26 June 2012 22:03)

Ahhh yes the comspiracy theory against the Serbs. That all it is, is a theory. A theory invented by Vojislav Seselj, who has since admitted it to be false.

And as we know all Serbs were innocent in the Yugoslav Wars, the only crime Serbs are guilty of is breaking wind in public. It is actually everyone elses fault for getting in the way of their guns, axes, shells and other weapons. And if they were still alive they should be standing trial it the ICTY for getting in the way of Serb weapons. But because the entire world is against the Serb people and great Serbian heroes, it is them who stand trial at the ICTY.

It is a bizarre world we live in!

Your heroes act as their own defense because it gives them numerous privileges. They have unlimited use of internet, fax, phone, and visitors, "in order to prepare their defense" which allows them to keep open the communication lines to their network of accomplices and supporters. It also affords them the ability to evoke numerous delays in their trials.

What a sharade! Everyone knows this low life scum is guilty. The Hague makes a big deal out of his case only to have some american plitician step in and demand that he be released. For westerners its easier to run politics if everything is black and white. Serbs have been blamed for everything and anything and why change that. After all its easier to blame one side then to blame them all.

Lock this Ramush up, and throw away the key. He has certainly done horrible things to fellow human beings, otherwise he wouldn't be at the Hague twice. The problem has been convicting him, because witnesses have been killed, or silenced in some way or other. This is a common practice amongst Albanians when their high level mafiosi are accused of murder, or worse. Hopefully the court will have enough to put this animal away forever, and the Albanians can then find a new hero to worship, maybe their old friend Tito, that allowed them to flow freely from communist Albania into Kosovo, where they became the majority eventually. I heard that at one time, Tito was "kum" to every other Albanian kid born in KiM. Time to throw these war criminlas behind bars where they belong, and the Balkans can finally move on.

@Ian, their was still a war waging between serbian state forces and the kla prior to the nato's war of intervention. Thus war crimes could have and did get committed by KLA forces at this camp.
(Stephen, 26 June 2012 11:15)

I actually said in my first comment that the Kosovo War started in early 1998, hence I know "their (sic) was still a war waging between serbian state forces and the kla prior" to NATO's intervention. The point I'm raising is, why in the article does it state that the percieved crimes took place in 1998 before the war, when the war in 1998 was the same war which was taking place in 1999. The war with NATO wasn't a seperate war, hence why NATO were intervening. They were intervening in a war which was already taking place.

Comm. Parrisson

"Also if the perceived War Crimes took place in 1998 and the War didn't start until 1999 as claimed in this article, how can they be considered to be "War" crimes? Because obviously there wasn't a war going on in 1998. "
(Ian, UK, 26 June 2012 10:17)

Then these crimes were committed by ordinary mafia groups and illegal paramilitaries, and not by 'war heroes' and 'freedom fighters'. In this case, Haradinaj shouldn't be accused of war crimes, but of ordinary planned murder in several cases.

The ethnic Albanian is charged with war crimes committed against kidnapped Serbs, Romas, and other ethnic Albanians, held illegally at KLA's prison camp in the village of Jablanica, Dečani municipality.

The crimes in question were committed in 1998, the year that preceded the war over Kosovo in 1999.

For starters the Kosovo War started in early 1998. 1998 wasn't the year which preceded that Kosovo War, it was just the year which preceded NATO's intervention in the Kosovo War.

Check -> http://www.nato.int/kosovo/press/p990517b.htm

Jamie Shea : The charge by Yugoslavia was brought under the genocide convention. That does not apply to NATO countries.

LOL! So join NATO and be exempt from genocide! No wonder Croatia was so eager to join (and Albanians).

Is that the same "NATO court" which found the US guilty of violating international law for the invasion of Panama in 1989?

Nice conspiracy theory.

You are a funny fellow Ian. The ICTY (aka NATO court) does not have jurisdiction in Panama. NATO in fact is exempt from investigation.

Time to throw these war criminlas behind bars where they belong, and the Balkans can finally move on.

winston,
Yes truly an Albanian way of life, but wait who is it that is guilty of contempt of court for publishing the secret names of witnesses in his case???

What a sharade! Everyone knows this low life scum is guilty. The Hague makes a big deal out of his case only to have some american plitician step in and demand that he be released. For westerners its easier to run politics if everything is black and white. Serbs have been blamed for everything and anything and why change that. After all its easier to blame one side then to blame them all.

In this world or the next Ramush the terrorist will get his punishment.

And there is me thinking that you consider all international courts to be "NATO court"s... even though there isn't so such thing as a "NATO court".

I must have got my history wrong again, but I honestly thought the United Nations Security Council established the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and thus it was a UN court. But no in the world of Zoran it is a "NATO Court" therefore it has to be true, despite the fact the Judges at the ICTY come from all over the world not just NATO countries.

Don't you think China and Russia would be acting differently towards the ICTY if it were effectively a "NATO Court"?

Please regurgitate some more of Chomsky's work to me, I look forwards to reading what he has to say... again.

You know, there is subjective reality - especially amongst Serbs :) UN, UNSC, NATO, EU, CoE ... all the same, and all part of the great conspiracy theory against the innocent Serbian heroes :)

Long live Ramush Haradinaj aka Rambo and all Albanian freedom fighter!!!
(Demi, 26 June 2012 20:36)

He's an international tool who will be acquitted if the US gets tired to Hashim Thaci and needs to replace him with someone more obedient. He owes his position to donation money and diplomatic immunity Other than that, he's a semi literate warlord who probably would have been assassinated by the CIA long ago.

Despite no proof serbs want him sentenced. I guess they are jealous not having such Great Men in Serbia!!
(Demi, 26 June 2012 20:36)

We tend to be proud of heroes who are able to accomplish their goals on their own. Not those who need aid and protection from Great Powers. Our heroes go to the Hague and act as their own defense. We don't kill witnesses and then hide behind other lawyers. Ramush is such a little little man. And he's too ugly to get aroused to.

Ian- what the hell does panama have to with the price of bananas? You might think the city the beacon of justice now, but when it's your own scum they are incompetent. You really are a sick piece of work. How did you get into the uk anyway? Lying that you were from Kosovo to get asylum I bet and then pimping and dealing drugs while claiming benefits I bet.

(Not Jealous Serbian Citizen, 26 June 2012 23:56)
Your heroes act as their own defense because it gives them numerous privileges. They have unlimited use of internet, fax, phone, and visitors, "in order to prepare their defense" which allows them to keep open the communication lines to their network of accomplices and supporters. It also affords them the ability to evoke numerous delays in their trials.

Why would somebody get asylum by saying he/she is from Kosovo ? According to these forums people from Kosovo lived in paradise when Kosovo was under Serbia. I think you meant "lying that you were not from Kosovo to get asylum"...

Not true! These witnesses committed suicide, or lost their lives in car accidents. Nobody killed them. (Albanian mafia a.k.a KLA knows how to let people disappear)
