"There is motivation for Seselj to delay and delay and delay. Once he is sentenced, his sentence will be reduced by the number of years in the Hague, and the Hague is like staying at the Hilton of prisons. "

No, the real motivation for Seslj and Mladic is to delay the proceedings until they come to a 'natural' end - the so called 'Milosevic-method'. Of course this method is not appropriate for a middle-aged guy like Haradinaj :)

I am sure there is less to prove in both of these trials. Makes one wonder about what really is going on in the Hague, and what their true intentions are? Just a thought.

Serious about wanting to know the difference? Do a little research and see how many delays were requested by Seselj and then see how few were requested by Haradinaj. Subtract out the difference and you will probably see the trials are about the same.

Once he is sentenced, his sentence will be reduced by the number of years in the Hague, and the Hague is like staying at the Hilton of prisons. So he has effectively spent at least 6 years that would have been in some dark prison somewhere in a private room with computer access, and unlimited contacts with "advisors" and visitors.

"They were, are and still will be innocent because they haven't done any wrong to anyone. He is a HERO and we admire people like Haradinaj. "

And there are Serbs who see the innocent Milosevic and Mladic as heros. You must like these, too, because these Serbs are your brothers in mind (nationalist extremists who admire war criminal) - only different nationality.

Let's see, Haradjinaj case before the Hague tribunal, how many years now, one or two? And this is the second time around. To catch up to the Seselj case, he (Ramush) will need to be in the Hague another 8 or 9 years. I don't the think the Seselj case is any more complicated, is it? They are both accused of war crimes, in a relatively small area of the world. For God's sake, the Nuremberg trials after WWII took about a year to conclude. I am sure there is less to prove in both of these trials. Makes one wonder about what really is going on in the Hague, and what their true intentions are? Just a thought.

This guy is totally innocent. All he did was fight Serbian terrorist aggression, and all of a sudden he is a criminal. Come on, get real and move on with your lives Serbia. You will never see this guy or Thaci get sentenced for anything. They were, are and still will be innocent because they haven't done any wrong to anyone. He is a HERO and we admire people like Haradinaj.

Anyone who does disagree, CRY ME A RIVER

Questioner

pre 11 godina

"Haradinaj was under constant supervision of EULEX and Kosovo police during his temporary stay in Kosovo."

So there have been no witnesses that committed 'suicide', suddenly disappeared or refused to testify this time?
