A very odd quirk in Serbian law or in the way courts seek to apply it.
If politicians support the concept of a free press and have any ambition to align themselves with usual European standards, they must put this issue right immediately.
Let that be a measure of their commitment to freedom.
Is there no one that the media can counter sue for providing the misinformation?!
What happens if B92 refuse to pay? Can this be a useful way to push the issue?
