only fools and Serbs

Only the foolish ignore the lessons of history, and are bound to repeat its worst mistakes.

Like the Serbs did, do and always will?

History has taught us repeatedly that one cannot forcefully impose control on a a group of people. Albanians in Albanian-majority Kosovo should know this lesson well as they eschewed Belgrade's authority. Now, do they expect this will change? Only the foolish ignore the lessons of history, and are bound to repeat its worst mistakes.

"Ministry for Kosovo State Secretary Oliver Ivanović told B92 late on Wednesday that the office "will not be able to function, because it will mean that UNMIK administration will shut down, which will in turn strengthen the Serbian administration, that will gain more jurisdiction".

The controversy of the attempt of the Kosovo Albanian government to gain foothold in the north stems from the fact the area is populated by Serbs who reject its authority, as well as the unilateral declaration of independence made by ethnic Albanians in February 2008."

According to these forums the dream state of Kosovo (and its offices) does not exist... so not sure what the fuss is about !!!

lol Prishtina office needs KFOR protection 24 hours per day in a mixed neighbourhood Bosnjacka Mahala. No wonder the office was not opened further north. Another big failure of the so-called government of the so-called Kosova.

Ari Baby!! Hey your Jewish, read Ezekiel 38-39 where the Lord says in the near future Russia and her allies ( Eastern Europe ) will be utterly destroyed when they try to make war against Israel. Got to love being a friend of Russia it's going to pay off big.

No, what Serbia is seeing is Kosova exercising their independence! And Serbia is going to do nothing about it once again. Congratulations Kosova!
(Captain America, 21 June 2012 17:50)

Kinda like Albanians did nothing about a local Serb shooting dead a ROSU terrorist last July...you know what you did? The terrorists ran with their tails between their legs back to Pristina DEFEATED.

That was a clear act of war from occupying unoccupied Kosovo....and you did NOTHING about it.

Serbia sees its opening as "yet another provocation coming from Priština".

These offices also need water (drinking, washing, toilets), electricity (comms, office stuff) and food (yes, even albanians need to eat). Maybe all this can be flow in directly from the Reichschancellry in Berlin.

Ahahaha, well what did you expect Ecoman. All of this sounds really expensive. We will see if this will be as important of a priority when Greece, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Cyprus and possibly France and Ireland need further bailouts.

When I say we take back Kosovo when the Westerners leave you Albs call me crazy but this is all the proof you need...

Hahaha, NATO troops need to guard Pristina's offices 24 hours a day. That is truly a mark of an independent country. BTW, I thought that KFOR was supposed to be status neutral? Why are they protecting Albanian imposed actions? Ina nay case, I like the statue that Thaci has selected for the entrance to the affiliate office (see photo with story). He does have class. I can imagine how his home is decorated. He may one day be featured on "Cribs", or "Lifestyles of the Sick and Shameless"?
