It’s always the website, sj.
I nearly fell out of my seat when I read this. Yeah they can be pesky critters can't they. It was easier 20 years ago to say things and seem important when people could not easily get the information to find out the truth.
Even before then I was brought up not to trust the seedy looking character in the tent at the carnivals that said they could look into their crystal ball and tell all. In todays world those that fall for the secret inside information and schemes of yesterday can only blame themselves as the truth is readily out there. But yet fools daily fall for the con man saying I have the inside track just follow my lead and you can't go wrong.

You are the one trying to make claims with nothing to support what you say. Yes I would believe what is printed on an official website quicker than I would give any credence to what you say. And I have a feeling it might say sj is an idiot quicker than it would say pss.
The BRICS countries pledged 73 billion dollars to the IMF at the recent G20 summit but with restrictions on changing the control system of the IMF, so it is not a sure thing that pledge will ever come to fruition. Personally, I think the structure should change but not because of one time donations, but the quota system should more reflect todays economy. Should China's annual contribution equal the US it should have the same voting rights on how the money is used as the US.
Now before you jump off on this 73 billion pledge look at the actual facts. Together the G20 countries pledged 430 billion dollars, your 5 BRICS which make up 25% of the summit only came up with 17% of the pledge. So still not in the bragging league I would say.

It’s always the website. So if I can arrange for that same website to say the PSS is an idiot then you would believe it as the website is telling you the truth. Perhaps you might want to give us all an explanation of US budget papers when they come out because they are so convoluted as to be meaningless and that’s to hide the real problem. Why do you think that the Asian economies, in particular China, have their own rating agencies now?????

So why bother telling me anything if the BRIC contributes only 55% of what the US does? Why are you so worried? The US is contracting on all fronts while all the world acknowledges that the Chinese have most of the money, but it’s the US and western good guys that are on top. Hello what have you been smoking?

The IMF is a western institution where the once great industrial countries have been in control since WW2 and the only way of getting rid of them is through a slow process. Do you think the BRICs are going to hand over their money so the western geniuses are going to continue threatening them????

It is now the Chinese, Russians, Indians and Brazilians that are pouring money into the IMF to keep it afloat.
(sj, 21 June 2012 04:04)
Now anyone can accept sj's comments as fact, or they can go to the official IMF website for the truth. There have been some recent reports of China adding to the IMF fund but in no where the volume to tip the scales.
In billions of dollars, Brazil 4.2, China 9.2, India 5.8, Russia 5.9 for a total of 25.1.
Now in contrast we have Japan with 15.6, Germany 14.6, UK 10.7 and the US with a measely little 42.1 billion dollars. So combined the Bric countries only contribute 55% of what the US does.

What part of no don't the albs understand. Never with thaci and his ilk around, that's for sure. When they are in the Hague perhaps we can talk seriously about what to do.

If Nikolic and Arifati are ever forced to meet, if I were Toma I would load up on beans the night before, and really give her a loud welcome. She would deserve nothing better from Serbia, and I hope that Kacin would be there enjoy the welcome too. He is the original "gas man".
(Ecoman, 20 June 2012 18:33)And would that be any different from any other day? Serbian politicians are all full of hot air, it has to come from somewhere. All wind and no substance.

Once you get a UN seat you will know that Kosovo has been recognized by Serbia.
(MikeC, 20 June 2012 17:50)

Sure, when the UN charter changes to say that all UN membership applications have to be approved by Serbia. Good luck with that because that's not part of GA's President's job description, in case that's what you had in mind LOL

OK let’s say for arguments sake that it’s a defacto recognition of Kosovo. Now show me how is Kosovo going to survive as an independent entity standing on its own being able to earn income sufficient to pay for roads, schools, hospitals, police and so on.

When you provide the real answers to this question then you might come in for a terrible shock that it’s the EU who is turning the ship around and laying the ground for a reunification in the future. When are you people going to get it through your thick skulls that MONEY rules the worlds and the west has run dry????? It is now the Chinese, Russians, Indians and Brazilians that are pouring money into the IMF to keep it afloat. What does Kosovo have that is of any value to the EU? NOTHING but 1.20 million hungry mouths.

Let me know please when Belgrade recognises Pristina mate.

By your standards Serbia has recognized Kosovo 1 million times over.
If I got a penny every time you trolls said that "Russia will soon recognize" or "Serbia has de facto recognized" I'd be a freakin millionare. Once you get a UN seat you will know that Kosovo has been recognized by Serbia. I thought you trolls didn't care about Serbias recognition yet you have wet dreams about it happening. Sorry to dissapoint you but for albanians a recognition by Serbia will remain a wet dream.

Willi and Agnon, don't get your panties all up in a bunch. Nobody from Serbia is going to recognize the theft of Serbian territory by the Albanians in Kosovo. You can be sure of that. A face to face meeting between Nikolic, or other high-ranking Serbian official, with Pristina's president will mean little. It will be a great photo op for the EU's incompetent talking heads in charge of KiM, and little else. They will boast of how they are succeeding in bring the feuding parties to the same table, but that will be it. Nikolic has stated he will NEVER recognize an independent Albanian KiM. So what are you guys all acting all silly about?

Willi Pfaff

well, this would mean the de facto recognition of Kosovo by Serbia, just like a few of the nationalost Serbs have been saying here for quite some time. Dragan, Peggy, sj, and the price of darkness Ari Gold, what do you say now .... or Mr Dadic, are you going to imigrate to Russia now? Time is moving on, and people like that you should be left behind .....

Agon

Nonsense to plan further talks with Belgrade while agreements reached months ago are not fulfilled from Serbia. Once agreements are implemented on the field we can have talks on a higher state level for technical issues such as changing few lines in Serbia's Constitution to "Kosovo was never a part of Serbia but only Yugoslavia. Yet fortunately no longer will be as Kosovars declared independence in February 17 2008" then Jahjaga and Nikolic can shake hands and recognize each-others statehood and then everybody lives happily ever after.
