One final comment I saw video showing our dear Lenard trying to reason with Croat fans by telling them it was the evil EU that cheated them out of the competition.

Then he walked over to the Muslum dominated part of Bosnia to tell Bosnian Muslums that the Serbs were to blame and had tricked the Croats into attacking Muslums.

This is ridiculous - a bunch of hooligans on the rampage losing against the Spanish and wanting to fight Bosnian Muslums on account of relig... Wait a minute, Spanish are catholics aren't they? Smart people these Bosnian Croat hooligans!

By the way we should not take the actions of a bunch of immature, thuggish men as evidence of anything apart from how desperate and backward they are.

Bam Bam you talk a lot of nonsense really, if Bosnian should not exist as a language then nor should Croatian. To follow your theory through of course it means that in fact we all speak the same language and your precious Croatian language doesn't exist.

You have to say that some of those Croat hooligans are not the brightest cattle in the herd.

Their counterparts were at it also in Poznan, attacking and fighting Irish fans in numerous bars.....and we are Catholics too.

This is another reason why Croats should have their 'Herceg Bosna'. To hell with BiH. The Muslims all know that they from the north are Serbs and from the south they are Croats. There is no such thing as the Bosnian language.

I have to say, I love the in this crowd. Let's split the country apart to avoid bloodshed! Because, you know, partition has always led to peace and understanding such as in India and Pakistan, Cyprus and, indeed, the whole of the former Yugoslavia. Nothing more than masquerading chauvinists.

Oh, and for the fellow who mentioned Bosnians singing Dugme; indeed they did, and many still do. It is very likely that those fellows in the pub didn't turn on each other, but rather fled the country or just as likely, found themselves held hostage by respective nationalist and chauvinist regimes. The majority of Yugoslavs, today as then, can very much get on in a civil manner--and, indeed, in genuine love and friendship. However, the political establishment(s) in the entire region continue to benefit and instigate the language of "ethnic hatred" because it serves their private interests, not because it is in any way a reflection of reality.

Let's not confuse political talking points with reality, boys and girls.

Ecoman, as far as I can tell Bosnians only really lived peacefully together in Yugoslavia.

A few months before the 1992 war started, I found myself in a bar where all three 'ethnic' groups (whatever that means) were singing Bijelo Dugme songs together in a language common to all of them.

Less than six months later they were killing each other.

How on earth does one explain that to a rational person?

This is very strange?! These guys are BOSNIAN. Bosnia was not even playing? They should not riot at all. But why riot because of .... Croatia? I mean, again, they are Bosnians.

Well, maybe... maybe most 'Bosnians' are really Serb, Croat of Muslim first!

And still the West says: you are one country...

What that talk of a unified BiH? Please, folks, the three ethnicities in Bosnia want nothing to do with each other anymore. They were living peacefully for centuries before Western interests tore their country apart. What does the Est expect now, bratstvo jedintstvo? Split this Frankenstein country apart now, before more bloodshed comes.
