Yes, a 'legal' government - as legal as the one in Belarus or Iran: The ruling parties only won by eelction faking, manipulation and intimidation of voters.

I've taken the liberty to capitalize the key words that stood out to me:

"...the administrative crossings Brnjak and Jarinje, which should become the state BORDER"."


Pressures and blackmail are not only coming from NATO but also the EU which, as he put it, wants PARALLEL institutions in Kosovo to be completely abolished.

Serbs in North are starting to learn that they either stay in Kosovo under Kosovo rules or Sumadija.

According to the criteria’s for visa-liberalization I would like to ask EU how did they grant visa-liberalization to a country that has such porous borders as Serbia where you can enter to from non-monitored border crossings???

lastly, it never ceases o amaze me the Serbian hypocrisy: they love 1244 for 1/20 of its part which is not legally binding (the preamble) while ignore for the whole the rest of it i.e. Kosova is UNIQUE custom and admin area and has legal government and parliament elected in free elections.

That is; 1244 allowed Kosova to function in every aspect economical, customs, legal, security and so one completely independently from Serbia or Yugo at that time. It established the basis of the new and independent state- Kosova.

Now all KFRO is doing is that finally after 12 years implements FULLY the 1244 as till now it ignored and violated it.

For Serbia, only according to Tomislav. Neither international nor national independent observers reported major irregularities.

And I think I'm not the only one who is still waiting for Nicolic to fulfill his promise to uncover the proofs for his alleged the 'election manipulations' - somehow, he's very silent about it now, in contrast to his behavior before he became president.
