Still no talks on future Serbian government

I find it quite refreshing not to have any ruling government in Serbia. At least now, there will not be any costly decisions made that will cost the Serbian citizens, and no money will be stolen from the state budget. I say, let's keep it this way for a few years, and without politicians, Serbia can balance its books. Let's just get a good corporate CEO to run Serbia, maybe someone from Apple, and give all of these current scoundrels in Serbia's parliament an indefinite leave of absence.

Parliament Represents the wishes and interests of the Voters, and after an Election; the new Parliament does that.

Obviously, the old Government continues in a Caretaker capacity with the Old Ministers, until a new Government is selected with the approval of the Majority of the New Parliament.

After an Election, each Political Party must function independently of the other Political Parties because a New Representation has been Democratically Elected and is different to the Old Representation.

During the Caretaker Government phase, each Political Party should Vote should Vote issue by issue as they wish.

One of the Highest and Non Negotiable Principles of Democracy is that any New Parliament is not bound in anyway by anything the Old Parliament did or agreed to, and so anything not agreed to in the EU mediated Belgrade Pristina talks should be amended to make it in accordance to all Written and Verbal Contracts made.

The two types of Legally Binding Contracts are Written Contracts and Verbal Contracts, and Serbia should use the Fact that Euro-America has proven false to these Agreements to send the EU mediated Belgrade and Pristina Talks to the dustbin of History, and begin again, and if the EU wants to take back their European Union Candidate Status, then it was only junk anyway.

This would require Integrity from the Elected Representatives, and only time will tell if that Integrity is there.

The reason I mention the possibility of the URS joining a SNS, SPS, and DSS Government is because the URS will be spies for the DS.

I think that this will be a good thing, because it will act as a kind of Public Accountability, and it will maximizes the chances that the Government does not become complacent, and that it does a good job.

Serbia should legislate to add all of the Verbal Contracts that were part of the EU mediated Belgrade Pristina, and that these be put into Written form as an addition to the agreement, and then signed by who needs to sign them, or the Entire Agreement will go into the Dustbin of History, unless the boxes of notes that were taken recording all the Verbal Agreements are added in Writing to the Agreement, and that it is Signed.

The EU will not take back Serbia’s Candidate Status, because they need to fast track the EU Ascension Talks with Serbia, because they want make the Serbia Voters choose between the EU and Kosovo, and of course they want a DS and LDP Government in 4 years to give away Kosovo.

The EU may want to do this SNS, SPS, and DSS Government do this, but that they are only a one time Government, and I guess if the SNS, the SPS, and the DSS want to stay in Government, then they will forget about the EU, and accept Russia’s Generous Offer, and the DS and LDP know that their Gravy Train can only come from the European Union.

I do not know why the SPS struggling to form a government with DS.om, when it is easier to SNS.om because they have the support of the people. Such a government will be formed which will not be able to answer the demands of the citizens of Serbia and the break is expected soon.
