These people are in no rush at all. This has been an extended holiday for all MPs, some senior functionaries from all parties have gone away and are enjoying themselves in their weekend houses, or summer residences in Montenegro.

Now if the hacks were doing their jobs and did a report / photographed how many of our politicians are currently living it up on holiday whilst the rest of us ordinary people are working our tails off...

I actually pray for my brace in Serbia who have to put up with this rubbish... How does it take more than six weeks to form a coalition government? Seriously? They really should just have a run-off election between the two largest parties/coalitions (i.e. SNS and DS) and let the Serbian people determine the ratio between the two in parliament, instead of allowing the determination of the country's political direction to be determined by a party which gathered not even 15% of the vote. A two-party system would be much more efficient given Serbia's level of development than a multi-party mud-slinging disgrace which it has right now.

A new cabinet must be voted on and approved by parliament by September 5th. It can change after that and the coalitions can change while always having a majority. If no cabinet is approved by September 5th, then there must be a new parliamentary election called by the president (Nikolic).

There is a Caretaker Government, and it would be better to consider it as a Caretaker Parliament from which a Government will be formed.

I think it is possible that Euro-America wants a Fresh Election in Serbia, because they have nothing to lose by it if they cannot gave a Puppet Government, because with any Election, there are two possibilities, because they know how to rig Elections.

If the SNS, the SPS, and the DSS with the possible inclusion of the URS want to form a Government, then they can wait until one week before the Constitution says there has to be a Fresh Election.

I do not think that there should be a Fresh Election, because why risk the situation as it is, because Voters could punish those that caused an unnecessary Election.

Each Political Party should Vote independent of each other in the Parliament, and they should Vote issue by issue until a New Government is formed.

I do not know anything about the Serbian Constitution, and if the Parliament can last for 4 years with no Elections in that 4 years, and there can be several different Coalition Majority Governments in that 4 years between Elections, like, DS, SPS, and LDP, or SNS and DS, or SNS, SPS, and DSS, or etc, etc, then Serbia, has at least got that Right in their Constitution.

It is never going to be easy dealing with Euro-America, but it would not be sensible to risk what is sure by going to another Election, and as I said it depends on what Serbian Constitution says.
