Kosovo is not a state.

Just a small correction... Kosovo is not a state according to Serbia's opinion, which is not shares by the majority of the states in the world.

Dream on, Even if an international court allowed the case to go ahead (which isnt going to happen without UN membership), Your case would be just as strong as the one against Milosevic and would fail abysmally.

What Nikolic says and does are two very different things. How long has it been now since the so called declaration of independence of Kosovo? And how much has changed? Nothing despite all the talkfests held so far.
Its like a dog chasing his tail with no result. I’ve been reading this type of stuff for a long time now and I’m still waiting to see any results.

Policies that will lead Serbia towards Kosovo is solely in the interests of Serbs who live there and it is a starting point to notice is the chairperson of Tomislav Nikolic.

"Addressing delegations from 12 countries of the region in English, the Serbian president repeated that an agreement on Kosovo’s regional representation and cooperation had been reached in the dialogue which secured participation of all parties in regional meetings and Priština’s asymmetrical representation."

To sum it up:
1. Kosovo* can participate in regional meetings.
2. Kosovo* will be represented asymmetrically, i.e. not as an equal member amongst other member states, because Kosovo is not a state.

Looks like Nikolic is saying and will do exactly what EU told him the other day.I can see contradictions on what Stefanovic is saying about the footnote and the vague comment coming from Nikolic, about regional representation.
