Serb Radical Party (SRS) official Nemanja Šarović says the Hague Tribunal is disabling Vojislav Šešelj’s defense by refusing to pay for his attorney's expenses.

I bet he is found not guilty after a decade in prison given the worthless witness testimony. Little wonder the guy is pissed off. You won't get such a joke of a trial anywhere in the Western world. I look forward to similar trials happening for the torture of Guantanamo Bay inmates.

Disallowed travel costs for a legal counselor = obstruction?

Oh, that's a bit of a stretch, I think.

How many people are assisting Seselj in his role as chief defense counsel? How many have traveled and seen their costs reimbursed? Could it be that the ICTY has, in fact, reimbursed most of the travel and other direct costs associated with the trial, and that this guy's travel just happened to be frivolous?

Something tells me there's more to this story.
