Obviously you are not an American because our education system couldn't have possibly produced such a person. This Medicus case shows that illegal organ trading was going on in Kosovo. This means that organs were being sold there. It doesn't take more than a fourth grade US education to progress to the next logical step that these CRIMINALS are willing to do anything for money.

If there is evidence beyond any doubt let the criminals be brought to justice! & also tell us where the remains of almost 2000 albanians are that are still missing & nring their killers to justice! Noone talks about the vanished albanians which were in serbian jails and were executed only because they were albanians! If there are goodwilling serbs in the general population which are really interested in justice push your govt to shed light on these massacres ! My professor Ukshin Hoti was one of them even though he finished the jail time given by milloshevic regime and he was executed by serbs and his remains are unknown! Think about these issues and push the govt to come clean if you really want justice!

How soon we forget, it was before the Hague 10 years ago, the problem was there was not enough evidence then (nor today) to support any kind of prosecution.
Daniel someone with a little higher education than 4th grade would be able to determine that there is a huge difference in being part of todays global organ trade and the rumors of stealing organs for transplant in some remote farmhouse in Albania. That is the problem, Serbia has relied on the uneducated to perpetuate the rumor.
Even in Marty's report he states that if such an operation did exist, that it was no where near the level alleged by Serbia and the number of victims would be limited to the tens and not hundreds.

Where in the world do they make accusations without stating what the evidence is for the alleged crime. At the very least state the names of the "victims", the absence of such names strongly implies there is no crime. In modern and democratic systems of justice, the onus is on the prosecution. Thus far, from the investigator, we have heard only incomprehensible jibberish. For fear of making a fool of himself, no competent prosecutor would proceed with such a lack of evidence. Only in Serbia would the standards of justice be relaxed when it is to their advantage.

Can't you see the Serbian case on this. Your, honor, and jury, in my hands is a bound folder with eveidence of the most inhumane atrocities in history. I cannot show them to you and they will be forever kept confidential, it is your duty to convict these individuals I have named on my word alone.
