No, Koso, Serbia would be in talks with EU talking heads representing the Albanians in Kosovo. Serbia does not recognize an independent Albanian Kosovo, so they would obviously not be speaking with them. What is it with you diaspora Albanians? Why do you want to force the Albanian independent KiM issue? Do you not see that Belgrade, especially now with Toma, and soon Dacic, at the head of talks with Pristina, are in the driver's seat? EU membership for Serbia was a panacea a few years back, but today, with the EU is disarray and falling, the balance of power is equalizing. The next few years will be quite interesting for the unsolved issues in the Balkans. I do not see anymore arms being drawn, but I do see some quite unexpected realities arising. Some the West, and the Albanians, never foresaw.

could be fun

Great idea, SErbia will send their PM which will likely be Tadic and then Kosovo will send their PM Thaci, oh wait did Tadic not say he would never sit down to a table with Thaci???
