"No independent Kosovo in regional initiatives"

He keeps saying 'cannot' like its a law written in stone by a higher power. Taking into consideration that you are not the spokesman for this organization in question, your statements about BSEC are basically useless.

Maybe somebody should remind him to the agreement?

Arrangements Regarding Regional Representation and Cooperation

2. To this effect 'Kosovo*' is the only denomination to be used within the framework of regional cooperation.

Maybe you should keep in mind that things like international organizations, for example, NATO, the UN, the EU, etc. do have written into law the requirement that all members to come to agreement upon admitting new members. So long as Serbia is a member, they don't have to be a spokesman, they don't have to be big or a leader, but they can still bar your way (not to mention Russia is also involved), so good luck!

Why again this discussion? Simple and easy: Just implement the reached agreements on Kosovo's represenation word by word, and Kosovo* can participate in regional forums

Absolutely; nobody is asking you to give up or not give up; feel free to do whatever you wish - it does not matter. For many countries Kosovo is independent regardless of whether you give up or not.

Why again this discussion? Simple and easy: Just implement the reached agreements on Kosovo's represenation word by word, and Kosovo* can participate in regional forums

Sure, however the agreement is binding for Kosovo and Serbia only; the organizers or regional forums can do whatever they want and if Serbia and/or or Kosovo are not satisified, they are free to not participate.
