Poor Toma, he's discovering the hard way that when you are in power instead of the opposition you've got to back up your words with actions. No more free lunches for the next four years!

From article:

Milović noted that the Brussels agreements were interpreted differently, which “is best illustrated by the statements of representatives of the international community and our negotiating team on the license plates in northern Kosovo”.

Zubin Potok Mayor Slaviša Ristić told Tanjug that the participants of the meeting at the Serbian presidency had agreed that most of the agreements were unfavorable for Serbs in Kosovo.

"Particularly the part referring to the so-called freedom of movement according to which we are obliged to have Kosovo IDs, license plates, etc.," Ristić explained.

Sounds like Milović needs to talk to Ristić, since Ristić seems to be able to read the documents and understand that Kosovo Serbs need to get Kosovo IDs and license plates to comply with the agreement. Yes, most of the agreements may seem unfavorable to Serbs in Kosovo, but it doesn't mean that they are hard to interpret.

In the long term, it is hard to imagine that Serbians in Kosovo getting Kosovo IDs and using Kosovo license plates will be harmful to them, though they may not initially like it. In fact, anything that encourages integration just might allow them to function as normal parts of society and to have much better economic opportunity and quality of life than they currently have.

It is obvious that there are differences of opinions, as to what was actually discussed during the European Union mediated Belgrade and Pristina Talks.

We have seen the European Union lie and scheme and use double dealing and intrigue, and this is why we should at the notes Belgrade team chief Borislav Stefanovic and Cabinet minutes to see what the agreements actually mean.

This is because sometimes words can have two meanings, depending on how some words are defined, and the context under which such initial preliminary discussions, that must be debated by the Serbian Parliament, and approved by the Serbian President.

There are People who think that the Serbian Supreme Court should carefully examine the document, and suggest any wording that is Anti Constitution, or Illegal according to Law.

We know that it is better to have this review, because any Serbia Citizen can challenge the Constitutionality of any agreement, and the Legality of any agreement, once the true wording that the Belgrade Negotiating Team have presented to the New Government.

These matters will be part of the Discussions for forming a New Government, especially in the light of Policy changes on Kosovo and the Republic of Srpska by the Leader of the LDP.

I have mentioned that the Leader of the LDP may lobby the DS that the Leader of the SPS becomes the next Prime Minister, because Milorad Dodik probably sees the Leader of the SPS as being more Patriotic concerning the Dayton Peace Accords.

preservation of the territorial integrity and protection of interests and constitutional rights of Serbs in Kosovo.

"territorial integrity" means entire Kosova!?, and that includes close to 2 mil Albanians also, but here we are talking about Serb minority only.

The above statement contradicts itself in every which way you look at it.
