Montenegrin PM in Scandinavian dilemma

Montenegrin PM Igor Lukšić recently made a diplomatic protocol error when he congratulated Sweden on the country's statehood day.

Stefan ya not like the Serbs dirty linen exposed for the hole world and their neighbours to see. Who came first a Montenegrin or a Serb ?

Recently Montenegrin Parliament Speaker Ranko Krivokapić congratulated "April 4, Municipality Day" to the residents of the town of Ulcinj, notwithstanding the fact that they marked the day on April 7.
--
I'm sure he will congratulate "Kosova"* statehood day on April 1st.

Ha, that's hilarious. I always thought that cigarette smugglers were pretty adept at covering their tracks and checking their mistakes? xD
