You actually believe NATO will allow greater Albania? You think they will allow albanians in Kosovo, Macedonia and Albania to unite into one coutry just because Albania is in NATO? There are Serbian People who think that if Kosovo ever became Independent, or if there was ever a Greater Albania, then there could be a very smaller Russian Country in Southern Serbia under certain circumstances.

That area of Southern Serbia should be sold to Russia for a fair price, and it would not be more than 100 square kilometres, and it could be in the corner of Bulgaria and FYROM.

Obviously, Russia would have unimpeded access to their purchased land, by means of International Law, and a United Nations Security Council Resolution, etc.

This way Serbia can have some Money, and Serbia needs to be Militarily Neutral, and if the Albanians want any United Nations Security Council Resolutions in their favour, then they will tell America to consent, or for America to leave the Balkans Completely and Permanently.

We know that one day United Nations Security Council resolution 1244 will need to be replaced or improved to secure Negotiated Autonomy for the Albanians, and all the cluses for the small Russian Country to be part of that new Resolution, or the Albanians can stay in limbo.

We know that if America says that United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 does not exist, then America should leave the Balkans, and just leave things to Serbia’s Constitutional Arrangements, and then there does not have to be that small Russian Country in the Balkans.

In the meanwhile, the United Nations Six Point Plan for Kosovo should be Fully Implemented, because it is the Law.

Of course, the West does not understand why Croatia is a viable EU candidate, because the West does not understand the Balkans.

I have tow questions for Mst. Kuzin: Can Vladimir Putin, to open the "Protocol of Corfu" for implementation of the Autonomy of Northern Epirus, in Southern Albania? Russia has been one of six states that has signed the protocol which gived a large autonomy for greeks epiriotas in Northern Epirus.
Another question: 50 years that Albania was under Moscow influence, why it does nothing for the Protocol of Corfu???

The Greater Albania project as the Slavs call it, for Albanians is the idea of albanians living and moving freely in their homeland and having the same rights as any other civilised country in the region. Now the Russians are great masters in the Balkan region and having bases in Serbia they want to dominate the rest, but as we know without success. Russia has plenty of wealth but because it is controlled by very few arrogant people it has failed to use its full potential to extend their influence. They should follow China and try and use their influence in Africa where their influence would be much more appreciated.

If the Serbs still lived there, were in favour of rule from Belgrade and not Zagreb (completely their right to do so), the West would be a bit uncertain of taking HR into the EU.

The point is simply the sad logic of ethnic cleansing - it solves problems. But the life afterwards must be less interesting...how nice it would have been to live in the golden multi-ethnic, non-tribal Tito era.
