President: I won’t recognize Kosovo to join EU

Now wait patiently while the Albo trolls come on here to tell us OF COURSE Kosovo* is already an independent country and there is nothing to recognize. They come on here as if its their full time jobs. I can only hope they are in fact being paid for it and not wasting their damn lives by doing so.

I mean hell they know more about what is happening in Serbia than they do in Albania seeing as they are frequent readers of b92. But it makes sense though they mostly come from Kosovo* so obviously they would want to know the happenings of their own country.

No partition, no negotiations. I wont bet when the West leaves but whenever they do we go right back to where we started. Kosovo...all of it, is Serbia.

Serbia will never join NATO. Serbian people will never forget what they did in 1999 and their occupation of Kosovo province.

Very smart ! With the new president Serbia has obtained the possibility for counter blackmail. Tadic had deprived Serbia of such maneuver and totally failed the foreign policy. Toma is the only European politician to give preference to Russia and I think Russia will value it high. Sure the Serbophobes will say that they don’t care but they all do know that they have a very nice reason for panic. As soon as Serbia starts to gain more from Russia than the neighbors from EU the things will run different from now.

These are early days. But I read some where that Nickolic is planning to hold a referendum of the people on the issue of kosovo. This will determine his future stance and seems to me the only sensible way forward. My Serb friends tell me that Nickolic faces two ways and tells people what they want to hear. Lets see what happens over the coming months. Remember as politicians you are there to serve the people and not your own self interests. Serbs are crying out for change, jobs, decent education and healthcare. Get your act together and start serving the people.

albotroll do not care that much of what you think: but imagine you are right and we still are in Serbia,i would not be bad for us,because in less time than you imagine we will decide for the fate of Serbia in Serbia proper!And albotrolls have and will have even more fun to vote for what you do not want!

Don't be silly young man. Serbia will recline on an ottoman sofa and watch the EU implode from the sidelines and albanians rely more and more on Turkey and the gulf states.

I think this new Serbian President made right decision. Serbia shall not be part of European Union. Can join new Otoman Union instead.
