What I've never understood about the previous govt. Of Serbia...is why did they aggressively use advertising/pr firms in the west to promote the political party agenda...and never use the same mechanism to promote Serbian interests...if the same thing happened to an Israeli, that's been going on with Serbians...not only would the world know about it... but some one would be compensating the people for it...Serbian people your natural resources were taken away from you ...and all your talking about is ...weather or not tadic should be pm...the answer is ???

@ Comm. Parrisson

DSS has more credibility with their 7%, which they won on their own, than DS and their multitude of satellite parties, pardon, I meant "coalition partners" which still only mustered a measly 22%.

Face it, even with 5 other parties under their belt, not even a quarter of the population supports the DS and their bizarre idea of 'EU has no alternative' (read: we are pathetic excuses for state leaders, please run the country for us)

P.S. I am sure Mr. Petrovic is quite pleased that DSS did not lose a single seat in parliament, the same can't be said about DS I'm afraid. :)

@icj: your wishful thinking is sweet. =)

well, let´s just see whether Serbia´s electorate is not interested in KiM, my dear k-albanian friend. let´s just see...

but let me ask you something else, ..isn´t it interesting, that you are considering those Serbs in here not to live in Serbia? how comes you think that? and, what´s even more interesting, what has an albanian lost on a serb news-site? =)

well, we all know the answers, but nevertheless, it is interesting how some Albanian cannot stand still, ...he just HAS TO try to provoke others... it´s just as if it is your only pleasure...

but in the end, someone who has nothing else to contribute, ...is perhaps reduced to negative comments here...

He noted that Brussels "is launching a new cycle of blackmails" and that he hopes the new government will not "have its boss in Brussels like the previous one," pointing out that Serbia needs political neutrality.

What Serbia needs and what not is not up to be decided by a party with some 7% of the voters behind them. DSS with their bizwarre idea of 'political neutrality' (read: refusal to become an EU member) was not voted during the last elections, in case you didn't notice, Mr. Petkovic. Be happy that you your party passed the threshold and is still in parliament :)

"The Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) expects the future government not to give in to pressures from Brussels, especially when it comes to the issue of Kosovo"

The new government will have more important issues to deal with, like unemployment of 20%+ and things like that affecting 7M+ Serbs otherwise in the next elections will perform even worse. Issues related to Kosovo and things affecting 2% or so of the electorate are relatively less important, except for people in these forums who don't live in Serbia.
