I'm not sure if you are referring to the ancient Albania of the Caucasus or modern day Albania of the Balkans. It seems you don't know the difference. There is absolutely no proof that Shqiptars originated from the Caucasus. Anyone believing this debunked theory is obviously uneducated and should be ignored. However, there is a great possibility that there exist biased people who are seeking to discredit modern day Albanians (Shqiptars) and are most likely Serbs or Greeks. Note, in the article there was evidence indicating that some of the burial sites contained relics of Christians, but this has no relevance to the matter under discussion.
It is fact that Saint Paul traveled through Albania and had preached in Durres, revealing that Albanians/Illyrians adopted Christianity less than 100 years after the Crucifiction.
