OSCE: All polling stations in Kosovo closed

OSCE Spokesman Nikola Gaon said late on Sunday that all polling stations in Kosovo had been closed at 20:00 CET.

@Bill: I am afraid, you are wrong. actually, it says nothing at all. but if you wish to see some higher truth in that percentage, you are free to believe.

as for the winner: the first sentence I read after his victory was that Serbia will continue to follow the "european path" ... well, we will see, if he dares to act against serbian national interests, he might be seen as a traitor.
