The presidential runoff will be a referendum on the EU, say the Democrats, whose leader Boris Tadić will seek his third term in office on May 20.

This only proves the dangerous inconsistency of Nikolić's policy, which is constantly changing and in which only one thing is consistent - his readiness to say or to do anything so as to gain power, the DS said.
