Nothing is over when it comes to the UN General Assembly presidency until the votes are counted on June 8, Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremić told daily Blic.

Better for Kosovo if he gets it - that will mean 2 years of Lithuania with a vote on the SC rather than one year in the ceremonial PGA position. The pay is probably a lot better, though.

"He is also scheduled to have a series of 200 meetings soon. "
Agim, smell the BS, it is 200 until June 8 when the voting happens. That makes 20 days. That makes ten meetings a day in average, supposing people work on Saturdays and Sundays mind you. I think that number includes the meeting Jeremic will have with cashier of the UN bar to pay for the coffee. "How much is the coffee?", "2 dollars", "Here, keep the rest, vote for me". However, what the article is really trying to say is: Vote for Tadic, otherwise Lithuania wins.
On another note, really curious to see if Jeremic will be reconfirmed as a Foreign Minister in the new government. Maybe Dacic has already somebody from the Partizan fan club lined up for that place.
