This is an often repeated lie that I've been noticing in these forums. Theres always a claim that 120% of the population voted, but you never provide the evidence or links to articles that state this. The general consensus in INTERNATIONAL news organizations(not Tanjug or Serb media) reports discrepancies in 2 out of 37 districts! And in those districts nobody makes the allegation of 120%. Thats made up out of thin air! I've seen 84% and 95%. Things must be going very badly for you guys when you have to invent "facts".

wow, you're using a logical argument. as such i ask to provide the evidence that contradicts the osce evidence concerning the numbers of deaths in kosovo in 1999. on this site i hear the numbers inflated into the hundreds of thousands, where as an impartial international organization, one that is fundamentally run by you and your allies mr clark, the numbers are in the thousands, approaching tens of thousands. we're talking about a full order of magnitude. up to 1000% margin of error, and you wanna quibble over a maximum potential error of 120%.
where's your perspective general? have you already forgotten how base 10 and metric work?

This is a positive thing to not let Serbia know how many Albanians are in Presevo and Bujanovac. The element of surprise will best serve the Albanians when Serbs think they are fighting 15,000 when in reality there will be 50,000! When a conflict begins the Albanians in Presevo and Bujanovac can move into the North of Kosova and flush out the Serbs there back into Serbia and unite with Kosova! Problem of the north of Kosova solved! Then Kosova will have Albanians in the North and Serbs will be in Presevo and Bujanovac. Everyone will be happy!
