Speaker: I can't form commission to probe fraud allegations

The Speaker of the Serbian Parliament Slavica Dukic-Dejanovic confirmed Wednesday that the body had received the request by the Dveri Movement.

This has nothing to do with the Constitution, buy it has to do with the Law that Tadic and Dacic made to cover up until at least the second round of Presidential Voting.

We know that the Law does not forbid the Police or the Serbian Electoral Commission from holding an independent investigation but the Goon Squad that Tadic and Dacic appointed to usurp the Proper Public Service who should act without Fear or Favour, because they work for the Serbian People and not the Tadic and Dacic Regime.
