Can you tell us why a rock would be thrown at a monk? Is this how you people raise your children?
Unbelievable, you people will find a way to excuse anything as long as your lot did it.

We are always reading complaints from Albanians how Serbs have so much hatred for them and that is the problem.
Well, it's the hatred that is coming from Albanians that is the problem. Maybe the monk is part of the dreaded MUP or is a war criminal. Maybe that's why they are throwing stones at him. I am sure they will come up with some excuse which makes sense only to them.
Albanians, how can you expect love and respect from Serbs when you are the ones who are so full of hatred that you are teaching your children to carry on this venom.
You have no right to expect anything but contempt from Serbs and all other non Albanians because you clearly deserve it.

Do not belittle this rock throwing incident, Nikolle, it is an example of the constant effort by Kosovo Albanians to intimidate the remaining Serb population. Why, Nikolle, did these young Albanians not offer to help the Serbian priest, instead of attempting to hit him with a rock? As for exposing a youths rear and genitals to the priest, what the hell is that all about? Weird, no?

Why not throw words instead of stones? Civilized people argue their points. If these thugs, and people whom throw stones are thugs, are against Serbs, tell them. Decani monastery has solid track-record of sheltering Albanians during Milosevic times. Many of the monks there speak fluent Albanian.

however when 50% of the population is forcibly chased away, and intemidated upon return, well that is a much much clearer case of ethic cleansing, as per defintion the land of kosovo has been almost cleansed of serbian population, but is still littered pretty much exclusively by serbian structures and further civic investments from the whole of the former yugoslavia.

Of course not. But a government should condemn ethnically motivated crimes - and nothing else is this. Police should investigate unbiased, and don't play down incidents like that, thus creating an atmosphere of impunity. If perpetrators are caught, they should be punished and not released immediately. Throwing stones at people is violent behavior that cannot be tolerated. In other countries, if you throw stones from a bridge on vehicles passing by, you can get severely punished because you can cause deadly incidents with your acts, up to mass car crashes.

Acording to you serbs should not have a country. Everywhere serbs live is someone elses country. Vojvodina, Sanzak etc. Now you see where the problem is? Nikolle, the official US story of Srebrenica is a myth. It omits the fact that it was to be disarmed and become a weapons free zone, yet never did. From Srebrenica these militants launched attacks on surrounding Serb villages. If Srebrenica was a genocide the women and children would have been massacred, but they were not. It therefor does not fall under the legal definition of genocide. Legal definition aside, the numbers are incredibly small compared to real genocides like Armenian, Ukrainian, holocaust and Rwandan genocides. It therefor didn't threaten the survival of the Bosnian people and comparisons between the incidents cheapens the term genocide.

250,000? right, serbia's own statistics, the last one on Kosovo, gave a Serb population of 140,000 (1995). we then had an estimate in 1998, which gave a total number of 220000 in 1998. now, i read here that around 250000 serbs have left (the math doesn't fit) and recently B92 published an article that 110000 Kosovar Serbs are eligible for voting (this would mean 18 years and over). so the figures for so called displaced Serbs are garbage and flat out lies. this is easy to show statistically. i do not know if you're counting those Krajina refugees who were settled around Kosova (but they wouldn't have been Kosovars anyway)

I support Russia but I don't take credit for their acheivments. However, since albanians suck at pretty much everything you have to become "someone else" to experience a success. I guess if Spain wins the European championship in soccer this summer you will be part spanish.

Croatia is nice, I went there last year. They do have better roads then Serbia for sure. However, the Croats didn't get bombed by the worlds most powerful military alliance for 78 days. And north Serbia is cleaner and more prosperous then most of former Yugoslavia. The further south you go, the poorer and more undeveloped it gets. Just like Italy.

Serbia is by far the most tollerant country in former Yug. You can't mention some incidents of a buss being stone during a sporting event and say that Serbia hates croats or what ever. Look at the whole picture.
More minorities live in Serbia then any other place in the balkans.
Pink television station is overrun by croatian singers. While serbian singers are pretty much not allowed to be seen on croatian tv. They get threatened if they plan to hold concerts in Croatia. However, the current croatian government is doing something about the problem and they have recognized the mass killing of serbs in Jasenovac. I live in Sweden and I have seen former foes become friends once again. One bosnian muslim told me he couldn't wait for the war to end so that the people of former Yug could once again be friends. You have extremists all over but nowhere are they a majority like amongst albanains. Albanians just hate everyone. Can't live in peace with serbs, montenegrins nor macedonians. Albanians as a whole are the most intollerant people in the world. Unless you want Albania to remain in the 15th century you need to wake up.

that article is written in June 2009, since then, Albanian passport holders have the right to travel in the Schengen area visa-free (like Serbs) and Albania is one of a few European countires to record growth in its economy.

250,000? right, serbia's own statistics, the last one on Kosovo, gave a Serb population of 140,000 (1995). we then had an estimate in 1998, which gave a total number of 220000 in 1998. now, i read here that around 250000 serbs have left (the math doesn't fit) and recently B92 published an article that 110000 Kosovar Serbs are eligible for voting (this would mean 18 years and over). so the figures for so called displaced Serbs are garbage and flat out lies. this is easy to show statistically. i do not know if you're counting those Krajina refugees who were settled around Kosova (but they wouldn't have been Kosovars anyway)

if someone wishes to claim that out of the total of 10,000 deaths, 50% of as albanians, so 5,000 in a population of 2,000,000 is classified as genocide, where as 2,500 in a population of 250,000 isn't then i must ask what crackerjack box you learned your logic from commandant clark.
however when 50% of the population is forcibly chased away, and intemidated upon return, well that is a much much clearer case of ethic cleansing, as per defintion the land of kosovo has been almost cleansed of serbian population, but is still littered pretty much exclusively by serbian structures and further civic investments from the whole of the former yugoslavia.

Of course not. But a government should condemn ethnically motivated crimes - and nothing else is this. Police should investigate unbiased, and don't play down incidents like that, thus creating an atmosphere of impunity. If perpetrators are caught, they should be punished and not released immediately. Throwing stones at people is violent behavior that cannot be tolerated. In other countries, if you throw stones from a bridge on vehicles passing by, you can get severely punished because you can cause deadly incidents with your acts, up to mass car crashes.

Acording to you serbs should not have a country. Everywhere serbs live is someone elses country. Vojvodina, Sanzak etc. Now you see where the problem is? I support Russia but I don't take credit for their acheivments. However, since albanians suck at pretty much everything you have to become "someone else" to experience a success. I guess if Spain wins the European championship in soccer this summer you will be part spanish.

Croatia is nice, I went there last year. They do have better roads then Serbia for sure. However, the Croats didn't get bombed by the worlds most powerful military alliance for 78 days. And north Serbia is cleaner and more prosperous then most of former Yugoslavia. The further south you go, the poorer and more undeveloped it gets. Just like Italy.

Serbia is by far the most tollerant country in former Yug. You can't mention some incidents of a buss being stone during a sporting event and say that Serbia hates croats or what ever. Look at the whole picture.
More minorities live in Serbia then any other place in the balkans.
Pink television station is overrun by croatian singers. While serbian singers are pretty much not allowed to be seen on croatian tv. They get threatened if they plan to hold concerts in Croatia. However, the current croatian government is doing something about the problem and they have recognized the mass killing of serbs in Jasenovac. I live in Sweden and I have seen former foes become friends once again. One bosnian muslim told me he couldn't wait for the war to end so that the people of former Yug could once again be friends. You have extremists all over but nowhere are they a majority like amongst albanains. Albanians just hate everyone. Can't live in peace with serbs, montenegrins nor macedonians. Albanians as a whole are the most intollerant people in the world. Unless you want Albania to remain in the 15th century you need to wake up.

Nikolle, the official US story of Srebrenica is a myth. It omits the fact that it was to be disarmed and become a weapons free zone, yet never did. From Srebrenica these militants launched attacks on surrounding Serb villages. If Srebrenica was a genocide the women and children would have been massacred, but they were not. It therefor does not fall under the legal definition of genocide. Legal definition aside, the numbers are incredibly small compared to real genocides like Armenian, Ukrainian, holocaust and Rwandan genocides. It therefor didn't threaten the survival of the Bosnian people and comparisons between the incidents cheapens the term genocide.

Attack on Serbian Orthodox priest should not be viewed as isolated incident.It was orchestrated by Pristina Government which is looking for confrontation as they can not legally compel Serbian population of Northern Kosovo to accept their rules.Pristina declaration of independence does not mean automatic sovereighty so they will resort to violence as they always did throughout their history.Crime and ethnic tensions are on the rise in Kosovo as was reported to UNSC by Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.Our priest was lucky this time,however,he or other clergy may not be so lucky next time.Kosovo, legally,still belong to Serbia. Therefore,Serbian Government should take action through UNSC to protect its people, Churches and Monasteries on KosMet territory.
Repeat of 2004 attack on Serbian people,Churches and Monasteries is not only possibe but its likely to happen,so gentlemen be prepare to deal with such contingency.KFOR,UNMIK and EULEX will not shed their blood to protect Serbs and their properties.

Are you albanians or croat? If you are albanian then stop taking credit for someone elses acheivements like albanians always do. You are not good at anything and therefore have to take credit for accomplishments by others and claim it to be your own. Croatia is not Albania. Yes, Croatia is in the EU. But where is Albania? No war for a long time and still Europe has not offered even candidate status.
If Serbia is hated by everyone then how come Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia enjoy pretty good relations despite the wars? Serbia has been bombed, sanctionized and terrorized and still its way way ahead of Albania. Europe has invested billions of euros during 11 years in Kosovo and still Kosovo is hell on earth. Curruption, human trafficing, drug smugling, the planing of terrorist activities etc etc. Not even Europe can taim you. Don't you think that is odd?

I am a rear bread I have a Albanian Father and Croatian Mother born in USA but have lived in Croatia and Kosovo when I was young.

So Mike I am proud of my heritage and just because a person is not say Croatian that does not mean they can not speak about a country ( most Serbs here cheer BRIC countries especially Russia and none are Russians, so that theory is flawed)

Albania is doing much beter than you think but its true is not up to pare but they have worst kind of Communisam not making excuses but making great Strides .

Europe has done that as it was destroyed By Serbia. Serbia had most investments in old Yugoslavia this is why Beograd looks like it does today, but Croatia is decades ahead of Serbia I drove from Vojvodina to Nis Highway was horrible in Croatia it looked like Europe as it is.

I do not agree that Croats have no issue with Serbia they just let it be : A Croat and Serb are Friends and see which country is more tolerant Croat goes to Serbia and screams I am croatian ( Ja sam Hervat) he gets beaten.

Who told you about good relation with Bosnia / Croatia / not sure slovenia only 2 week war. But do not confuse Croatian tolerance with good relationship in Euro Handball competition you stoned our cars and Busses what good relation you taking about. Croatia made sure that you get the EU documents but you need to translate them as if they are different languages you call that good relationship no that is just to prolong, Lawsuits against each other does not call it good relation.
