SNS leader to take part in presidential run-off

Serbian Progressive Party (SNS)-led coalition presidential candidate Tomislav Nikolić has decided to take part in the second round of the presidential election.

Oh, is he back-pedaling now a bit? I read only 'more votes', and not '15% ahead' any more?
