It's undeniable, I agree. But still, it doesn't make the murders of civilians by the 'freedom fighters' any better. And good that you mentioned it: Serbian government uncovered crimes, Albanian government simply denies that crimes (like the organ harvesting) happened at all. The reason is: Nowadays, Serbia isn't governed by those people from the past with dirty hands any more, while Kosovo still is.

Btw: I agree, too, that crimes committed by Arkan's paramilitaries were worse than the crimes committed by KLA paramilitaries.
(Comm. Parrisson, 10 May 2012 22:24)

In Kosovo it was rare a 18 year old male was not in uniforme all Serbs where mobilized in Kosovo way before the war so very gray area there. How About Dacic he was there and he is still in Power???

I remember one of my fathers colleagues stoping us in entrence of our town after small chatter with my dad he waved us go home. This was al through Kosovo.

I am not saying that KLA hands are clean 100% they have also killed Albanians after the war but Serbias ever lasting etempt to justify the war in kosovo as K- Albanians issue is shameful.

Even OJ was not guilty glove did not fit he went to court and let judicial take control, Jeremic every day asks to investigate by UN organ case but same time Serbs do not belive in Hague which is under UN.

at the risk of sounding like an absolute tit, i hardly think desecrating graves (despicable though it is) is in any way comparable to Srebrenica. argue otherwise and you'll simply sound a fool. oh and many of those rioters from 2004 have been jailed. p.s. not true that KLA fighters have not been sentenced. you need to read more.

Comm

not one, but TWO investigations into the organ harvesting thing carried out, neither found any evidence. i did not say the murder of Serb civilians is in any way justified. i also said above that KLA fighters have been jailed for commiting those crimes, like, Lahi Brahimaj

1. Add everything up from 1999 to now.
2. Factor in not one perpetrator being brought to justice.
3. Factor in the clan-based mentality of the Albanian people protecting criminals from outside prosecution.
4. Factor in the manipulated media reports of 2004 focusing on Albanian victims instead of anti-Serb prgroms
5. Factor in key witnesses in sensitive trials conveniently getting killed
6. Factor in ordinary Albanian support for people who otherwise would be considered war criminals by them

And you have Srebrenica played out continuously by a group of people that commit genocide against justice while hiding behind a the US and playing the victim card over and over and over and over again.

And Serbia apologized for Srebrenica. When are Albanians going to apologize for even dececrating a Serbian cemetery, let alone March 2004?

I didn't think so.

100's of examples with KLA's fingerprints on them? cool stuff, evidence please. it is indeed disgusting what i will say now, as human suffering is not be measured in body bags, but,it is undeniable that more Albanians were murdered in the last war than Serbs, we're talking about civilians now. serbia's own gov. has uncovered mass graves with Albanian bodies in them. oh and i like how you put freedom fighters in quotation marks, yes, i sometimes miss the peaceful Kosova that was in existence under the flower-loving-tolerance-preaching regime of Sloba. if only we could get it back!

True, but you could name 100s of minor crimes like killing dozens of Serbian civilians and other people who refused to cooperate with these 'freedom fighters'. Not to mention all the criminal activities used for financing the KLA (drugs, human trafficking, arms smuggling... and so on..)

on the other hand Serbian crimes:

Following Milosevic's fall in October 2000, several mass graves were found in various parts of Serbia, and the remains of the Bytyqi brothers were excavated from a site in a special police base in Petrovo Selo along with those of 71 other people.

One thing you have to realize is that much of his crimes would have come out had all the witnesses been killed/threatened. Secondly..Srebrenica is the biggest distortion ever. The number killed has never been correct, and is a pure fabrication as far as numbers go..ive seen it go from 50,000 to 20,000, and now to 8,000, and as low as 4,000 when world org's started investigating to where all these graves and people were! It's called media..they hide what they want..they portray what they want in the worst way.

This guy brutally killed and several honest albanians were victims as well.. He will hopefully get sentenced once and for all. If not.. im sure there are some Serbs waiting to give him proper sentence. I can assure you this guy wont be living as a hero forever. Sorry to ruin your parade..but rest assure he's not safe at all.

I hope another task is to protect the witnesses now that this alleged criminal was allowed to return to Kosovo. Wouldn't be the first time that they are intimidated, suddenly disappear, have a 'car accident', commit 'suicide' or similar things.
(Comm. Parrisson, 10 May 2012 15:34)

There will be no need for that at all as the process of hearing the witness testimonies is finished.
