Albanian parliament to enable for organ trade probe?
A committee of the Albanian parliament has approved a draft law that would enable EULEX to conduct its organ trafficking investigation in that country.
I do not know Serbian, to me this is English site. I know the brain wash you can continue in Serbians site but not in English. after all people that speak that language bombed you, why b92 translates in English? Just a thought.

One question why doesn't be92 report the killing of 3 US-albanians who came to help albs during 99 conflict ? I'll tell u what happened .They came to help Kosovo refuges but were taken by serb army and then taken to western serbia to be murdered but when serbs caught the guys who did this they were found not guilty of anything and released.What about 1800+ kosovo albanians still missing from war ? .You talk about real justice but its flawed to the core

I think, although amusing, the convictions by the Serbian posters and the protests of innocence by the Kosovo Albanian posters is really pointless until a FULL, OPEN and IMPARTIAL investigation and if appropriate trial, is conducted.
--- You can have 100 FULL, OPEN and IMPARTIAL investigations, by the UN, CIA, FBI, EULEX, INTERPOL, MI6,Scotland Yard, etc etc. The Serbs arent looking for full open impartial investigations. Of course now that newspapers, other than Serbian, aren't publishing any articles about it they have changed their tune because politic requires it. For some naive reason they believe having this story in the papers will get them Kosova. You see under these conditions the results of investigations are not welcome as that would end the perpetual myth abd badmouthing. This is the reason why, as you can see, no Serb likes the idea of this investigation.The only way a Serb will be happy with any investigation is if they know prior to any investigation that Albanians will be arrested; anything else is seen as some sort of conspiracy by them. This is the reason why they don't accept any previous investigation or for that matter any future investigations that do not fit in with their political goals and myth making machinery. Serbs have been craving to equalize the crimes they did throughout the Balkans with those of others for a decade now. The only way to do that is either by keeping myths alive or making sure that whenever facts and investigations prove them wrong, not to accept them and always move the goal post.
So I've been all for a UN investigation for years, even when Serbs were trying to convince us that Serbia should not do that. I'm quite sure that even that will not be enough. Next they will request for Dacic to be part of a special investigation team. Nothing will satisfy them until that burning desire to say that the magnitude of their atrocious crimes is at most the same as crimes committed by others. This is more about PR, appearances and saving face, then Serbs craving for impartial, full, investigations; since the definition of what constitutes such an investigation changes every time such an investigation proves Serbia wrong.

No, you sound ridiculous. Too little means they are now allowing EULEX who they know are too worried about upsetting Albanians to actually dig up anything even if they tripped over the evidence, to start looking when they know they scrubbed all they could away.
There are probably areas they didn't think of and Dick Marty could direct them them to but EULEX cannot be trusted.
UN (Russia being part of investigation)should've done the investigation long ago. I am not saying Russia alone but Russia to be included. Anything wrong with that?
My question is why didn't Albania allow it. I am guessing nobody can actually answer that because if it's ok now to look why wasn't it ok before?

What is amusing is your attempt to portray yourself as an unbiased legal authority.
The evidence does not have to be turned over to the media. But Marty refused to reveal his evidence to the committee at the EP that commissioned him to do the investigating and he has refused to cooperate with Eulex which the EP says should conduct the investigation.
I am also curious as to your assertion that a UN organization is the one that should conduct the investigation, since:
1. The Hague a UN organization conducted the 1st investigation.
2. UNMIK a UN organization conducted the 2nd investigation.
3. EULEX is operating under the UN umbrella as the justice and police overseer Kosovo for all post war crimes(mandate handed to them by UNMIK)and approved by the UNSC.
4. Many who claim Eulex does not have the jurisdiction to conduct an investigation is false in that neither the UN nor EU nor any other entity can conduct an investigation within a sovereign state without the permission of that state. So EULEX with permission from Albania has the same jurisdiction as the UN would.
So what is the difference now, that makes a UN investigation more open, full and impartial than EULEX can do. If you believe they are prejudiced or partial, how would you make up a UN team that is not?
Amuse us now how if you are truly impartial you can answer this.

Before i go on, I wish to state that I will not go into my personal opinions about whether or not these allegations are false or correct.
I have been reading comments on this site for a couple of years now, and it has provided me with quite some amusement over that time.
With respect to whether or not any evidence exists, and if it exists, why hasnt it been presented, well that is simple.
speaking from quite some experience in matters legal, I can tell you all that evidence is presented in a court room, during a trial, or pre trial committal etc. Evidence is not presented to the media, or to commenters/posters on this or any other site.
There have been previous investigations into these allegations, these investigations did not provide sufficient evidence (in someone's legal opinion) to conduct a trial. Investigations conducted under international auspices and without the full cooperation of all sides involved are complex and generally in order to conduct these types of enquiries, terms of reference, memoranda of understanding documents etc need to beed agreed upon, which in turn limits the investigation itself.
Other posters have posed the question, why havent the victims been named, well if you havent noticed, this is not a court, but also the naming of victims may tend to identify witnesses, and as we are all aware witness protection is a serious issue in this part of the world.
I am not prepared to convict any person of any crime based on media content, however, to say that an investigation, conducted under the authority of the UN is required is absolutely logical, notwithstanding my doubts that any evidence still exists given the time and media coverage that has passed relating to this matter.

Who are these Serb victims whose organs were stolen, at least name them for all to know. If you can't identify them after all this time, it is doubtful they actually exist. You can't expect for an investigation to take place unless there is some indication that a crime happened. Why haven't the relatives of these "victims" come forward and claimed them as missing. There has to be someone missing or a body missing organs for there to be an inquiry. Or, is this another big fish tale that Serbs are so well known to concoct about Albanians. Because Mr Dick asked for it recently...Dick Marti is anti-Albanian and has been against Kosovo independence. He also has been against the NATO bombing of Serbia and pro ethnic cleansing of Kosovo. Dick Marti also has claimed immunity in case of prosecution against him for defammation.

So I've been all for a UN investigation for years, even when Serbs were trying to convince us that Serbia should not do that. I'm quite sure that even that will not be enough. Next they will request for Dacic to be part of a special investigation team. Nothing will satisfy them until that burning desire to say that the magnitude of their atrocious crimes is at most the same as crimes committed by others. This is more about PR, appearances and saving face, then Serbs craving for impartial, full, investigations; since the definition of what constitutes such an investigation changes every time such an investigation proves Serbia wrong.
They know that, that's why they come here day after day to trash anything Serbian.
They have to pollute everything Serbian. I just don't get why B92 allows such venom to be published here?

One question why doesn't be92 report the killing of 3 US-albanians who came to help albs during 99 conflict ? I'll tell u what happened .They came to help Kosovo refuges but were taken by serb army and then taken to western serbia to be murdered but when serbs caught the guys who did this they were found not guilty of anything and released.What about 1800+ kosovo albanians still missing from war ? .You talk about real justice but its flawed to the core

No, you sound ridiculous. Too little means they are now allowing EULEX who they know are too worried about upsetting Albanians to actually dig up anything even if they tripped over the evidence, to start looking when they know they scrubbed all they could away.
There are probably areas they didn't think of and Dick Marty could direct them them to but EULEX cannot be trusted.
UN (Russia being part of investigation)should've done the investigation long ago. I am not saying Russia alone but Russia to be included. Anything wrong with that?
My question is why didn't Albania allow it. I am guessing nobody can actually answer that because if it's ok now to look why wasn't it ok before?

Of course as a Serb it is in your interest to create any roadblocks available, and it shows that you are dissappointed that they are cooperating.
If "getting rid" of evidence was their goal, that would have been accomplished before Marty put the country under a microscope after all there was 10 years to do that.
Oh but thats right Marty's investigation only involved one day in Albania. But manufacturing firms in Russia and Serbia have been busy gathering information as they announce this every few weeks how they have uncovered more evidence. Of course neither of them have been investigating in Kosovo or Albania either.
The only problem with this evidence it must be like the North Koreans missle arsenal, they have yet to create a story that can fly, as they do not share this info with anyone.
This just a PR stunt by the EU to clear its own dirty name and give legitimacy to their war crimes! It was the Europeans who initially destroyed and covered up the evidence to begin with. Not even Thaci/the snake, would be dumb enough to leave any evidence or witnesses around. Who are these Serb victims whose organs were stolen, at least name them for all to know. If you can't identify them after all this time, it is doubtful they actually exist. You can't expect for an investigation to take place unless there is some indication that a crime happened. Why haven't the relatives of these "victims" come forward and claimed them as missing. There has to be someone missing or a body missing organs for there to be an inquiry. Or, is this another big fish tale that Serbs are so well known to concoct about Albanians. This brings to mind the infamous 1985 case of a Serb farmer named Djordje Martinovic, involving a beer bottle. When the truth finally came out, the Serbs became the laughing stock of the Former Yugoslavia.

Before i go on, I wish to state that I will not go into my personal opinions about whether or not these allegations are false or correct.
I have been reading comments on this site for a couple of years now, and it has provided me with quite some amusement over that time.
With respect to whether or not any evidence exists, and if it exists, why hasnt it been presented, well that is simple.
speaking from quite some experience in matters legal, I can tell you all that evidence is presented in a court room, during a trial, or pre trial committal etc. Evidence is not presented to the media, or to commenters/posters on this or any other site.
There have been previous investigations into these allegations, these investigations did not provide sufficient evidence (in someone's legal opinion) to conduct a trial. Investigations conducted under international auspices and without the full cooperation of all sides involved are complex and generally in order to conduct these types of enquiries, terms of reference, memoranda of understanding documents etc need to beed agreed upon, which in turn limits the investigation itself.
Other posters have posed the question, why havent the victims been named, well if you havent noticed, this is not a court, but also the naming of victims may tend to identify witnesses, and as we are all aware witness protection is a serious issue in this part of the world.
I am not prepared to convict any person of any crime based on media content, however, to say that an investigation, conducted under the authority of the UN is required is absolutely logical, notwithstanding my doubts that any evidence still exists given the time and media coverage that has passed relating to this matter.
I think, although amusing, the convictions by the Serbian posters and the protests of innocence by the Kosovo Albanian posters is really pointless until a FULL, OPEN and IMPARTIAL investigation and if appropriate trial, is conducted.

yes Blah Blah...except, there have already been TWO investigations in this. they were not done by Albanians, they were done by EU police and prosecutors. that Serbs choose to view them as biased is not my problem or the EU's problem. I repeat not one but TWO

What is amusing is your attempt to portray yourself as an unbiased legal authority.
The evidence does not have to be turned over to the media. But Marty refused to reveal his evidence to the committee at the EP that commissioned him to do the investigating and he has refused to cooperate with Eulex which the EP says should conduct the investigation.
I am also curious as to your assertion that a UN organization is the one that should conduct the investigation, since:
1. The Hague a UN organization conducted the 1st investigation.
2. UNMIK a UN organization conducted the 2nd investigation.
3. EULEX is operating under the UN umbrella as the justice and police overseer Kosovo for all post war crimes(mandate handed to them by UNMIK)and approved by the UNSC.
4. Many who claim Eulex does not have the jurisdiction to conduct an investigation is false in that neither the UN nor EU nor any other entity can conduct an investigation within a sovereign state without the permission of that state. So EULEX with permission from Albania has the same jurisdiction as the UN would.
So what is the difference now, that makes a UN investigation more open, full and impartial than EULEX can do. If you believe they are prejudiced or partial, how would you make up a UN team that is not?
Amuse us now how if you are truly impartial you can answer this.

--- You can have 100 FULL, OPEN and IMPARTIAL investigations, by the UN, CIA, FBI, EULEX, INTERPOL, MI6,Scotland Yard, etc etc. The Serbs arent looking for full open impartial investigations. Lets be clear what the Serbs are looking for is pictures of a few arrested Albanians. As a matter of fact for Serbia this isn't even about the victims. If it was Jeremic or even Serbia wouldn't have waited for years before demanding a UN investigation. In fact when Mart came out with his allegations it took Jeremic and Serbia about a year before they requested a UN investigation. As a matter of fact the only people asking for a UN investigation where me and a couple of other Albanians. We had Peggy,Attaman and Jovan writing essays about why that was great and why Serbia shouldn't ask for a UN investigation. Of course now that newspapers, other than Serbian, aren't publishing any articles about it they have changed their tune because politic requires it. For some naive reason they believe having this story in the papers will get them Kosova. You see under these conditions the results of investigations are not welcome as that would end the perpetual myth abd badmouthing. This is the reason why, as you can see, no Serb likes the idea of this investigation.The only way a Serb will be happy with any investigation is if they know prior to any investigation that Albanians will be arrested; anything else is seen as some sort of conspiracy by them. This is the reason why they don't accept any previous investigation or for that matter any future investigations that do not fit in with their political goals and myth making machinery. Serbs have been craving to equalize the crimes they did throughout the Balkans with those of others for a decade now. The only way to do that is either by keeping myths alive or making sure that whenever facts and investigations prove them wrong, not to accept them and always move the goal post.
