We all remember the reports about massive irregularities, manipulations, invalid voter lists, double votings and voter intimidation during the elections organized by the 'Kosovo government'.

How come that I'm almost sure OSCE obsevers won't notice any major irregularities during the Serbian elections in Kosovo now?
