Unlike Kosovo, Presevo and others regions are not disputed territories. And do you really need an explication for the term 'unilateral actions'? Here you are: Anything where's no agreement about between the involved parties (i.e. Pristina government, Serbia/Serbian municipalities in Kosovo, UNMIK/KFOR). A good example for unilateral actions has been the 'successful' ROSU operation at the end of last year which was condemned by everyone (EU, UN, KFOR...)

What is clasified as unilateral action?

Does the Secretary General of NATO recognises Kosovo laws and institututions?

If someone or a group of people openly challenges these laws...what should the Kosovo government do? Sleep over?

That issue will go hand to hand with the rights of Serbs living in northern Mitrovica....JUST WATCH and we will meet up again here at B92.

NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen is a liar. He talks about preserving peace in Kosovo and yet supports their independence. The only way to make peace in Kosovo is to give it back to Serbia. That is the ONLY way to establish peace in the region.
