You guys need serious therapy. However, it is not entirely you fault. Whenever a country loses a war, its people suffer psychologically for some time. Germany and Japan are examples of this syndrome. In the case of Serbia, the people still celebrate lost wars of six hundred years ago, this is not healthy. The four most recent lost wars of the 1990's for Serbia only exacerbates the psychosis of many of its inhabitants. It is clear, most Serbs are stuck somewhere between denial and guilt for the genocide and war crimes committed by their country. What Serbia needs, to bring closure, is a Truth and Reconciliation Act, as was the case in South Africa after the end of centuries of apartheid. This helped the white Afrikaners overcome the anger and denial as well as the guilt they justly felt. Only in this way will the people of Serbia free themselves from the living hell in which they are stuck. This, then, will allow Serbia to join Europe and gain membership in NATO and the EU.
Sure, but not organized by Serbia, but by the municipalities themselves in line with the right recognized to them by Kosovo's Constitution to manage their own local affairs.

You can't have 20.000-30.000 Serbs in northern Kosovo playing political games while you have 300.000 Hungarians in Vojvodina watching and scratching their heads, or 150.000 Bosniaks in Sandzak, or 60.000 Albanians in Presheva Valley.
