Who are these Serb victims whose organs were stolen, at least name them for all to know. If you can't identify them after all this time, it is doubtful they actually exist. You can't expect for an investigation to take place unless there is some indication that a crime happened. Why haven't the relatives of these "victims" come forward and claimed them as missing. There has to be someone missing or a body missing organs for there to be an inquiry. Or, is this another big fish tale that Serbs are so well known to concoct about Albanians. This brings to mind the infamous 1985 case of a Serb farmer named Djordje Martinovic, involving a beer bottle. When the truth finally came out, the Serbs became the laughing stock of the Former Yugoslavia.

Corrupted Dick Marty where is the evidence words alone don't mean anything.
I am sure that in your report every serb for you is innocent, even the ones who commited crimes.

Actually you are wrong, his report was very damning to the Serbs. But that part has been glazed over. It is not new and it is accepted fact.
"The appalling crimes committed by Serbian forces"
"These crimes claimed tens of thousands of victims and disrupted a whole region of our continent. In the Kosovo conflict, the ethnic Albanian population suffered horrendous violence as the result of an insane ethnic cleansing policy on the part of the dictator then in power in Belgrade. None of these historical events could be cast in doubt today."
His investigation was merely to conclude whether there was reason to launch an official investigation, into the crimes committed by Albanians. The majority of his findings was simply copying documents from previous investigations.
the questions that remain are from the purported witnesses he claims to have interviewed. He admitted that none of the testimony had been colloborated as to its legitimacy.
My question would be these witnesses he was able to find in very little time so their names and locations must be of no secret, and they freely told their story to him without fear of not having any type of protection, but he refuses to turn any evidence over due to EULEX's inability to offer protection.
This is where his credibility is in doubt. Are these witnesses legit? Are they believable? The only chance for the truth to come out is for him to cooperate with EULEX which is a sub organization of the one that commissioned him to conduct his investigation. He has also refused to turn any evidence over to the committee that gave him his mandate.

kids, that is none of your business. I guess there will be some Albanians caught and in handcuffs, when the time is right.

but, your part is it to speculate and to play it all down... and to be upset, when things get started.

you seem to be so desperate.

"Almost a year and a half ago, EULEX began an investigation into the trafficking of human organs, but has not yet released any data on how the investigation is progressing and whether indictments for those crimes might be expected soon.

"Council of Europe (CoE) special rapporteur Dick Marty's report presented in late 2010 named members of the ethnic Albanian KLA as perpetrators and Serb and other kidnapped civilians as victims of the illegal human organs trade in Kosovo and northern Albania in 1999 and 2000."

All I can say to these statements is: no victim, no crime. If there were victims to these alleged crimes, Serbia would have made their names known by now. This is nothing more than Serb grandstanding. They know it and world knows it. The UNSC has no intention of investigating further. EULEX has nothing to report, as all previous investigations have led nowhere.
