There are certain Principles of Natural Justice at work here, and that is that in a Democracy like Ukraine, there must be no Political Interference by the Government in the Judicial System.

Other Principles of Natural Justice are that Justice must not only be done, it must be seen to have done, and that there Must Not be one Law for us, and another Law for them in a Democracy.

All these Principles have to be taken into account, when considering this matter of Definite Public Importance and Concern, and I found the next paragraph on the Internet.

The Guardian Online, on 17 August 2011 said: The former Ukrainian president, Viktor Yushchenko, has testified against his partner, Yulia Tymoshenko, in her abuse of office trial. Viktor Yushchenko claimed that the former prime minister was driven by political gain when she signed a gas deal with Russia in 2009 and betrayed Ukraine’s national interests by agreeing to what he believes was an inflated price. “Only political motives could have played a role here,” said Yushchenko, and that “national interests were traded for political considerations.” Viktor Yushchenko also claimed Tymoshenko ignored Ukrainian interests for the sake of special relations with Russian leaders, saying: “Russia had to have a pliant pro-Russian leader.” Tymoshenko said she disagreed with Yushchenko’s testimony, but declined to dispute it in the courtroom.

We all need to know that it was Yulia Tymoshenko’s former Political Ally, the former President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko, who testified against the former Prime Minister of Ukraine, and perhaps she did not want to dispute any of it because Perjury is a Criminal Offence.

The former Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko, knew the Law, and he knew that the former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko had broken the Law, as did the Learned Judges at her Trial.

I sometimes wonder if Viktor Yushchenko and Yulia Tymoshenko planned this in advance, because they calculated that with American, European Union, and domestic pressure, they could be back in Government with another Colour Revolution.

We know that is has been alleged that former President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko, was poisoned with dioxin, but the symptoms would have been all over his body and not only on his face.

Wikipedia says: British toxicologist Professor John Henry of Saint Mary’s Hospital in London declared the changes in Yushchenko’s face were due to chloracne, which results from dioxin poisoning. Dutch toxicologist Bram Brouwer also stated his changes in appearance were the result of chloracne, and found dioxin levels in Yushchenko’s blood 6,000 times above normal. On December 11 2004, Dr. Michael Zimpfer of the Rudolfinerhaus clinic declared that Yushchenko had ingested dioxin and had 1,000 times the usual concentration in his body. Not all in the medical community agreed with this diagnosis, including the clinic’s own chief medical director, Dr. Lothar Wicke, who stated there was no evidence of poisoning other than the severe chloracne visible on Yushchenko’s face, and claimed to have been forced to resign because of his disagreement. Wicke also claimed to have been threatened by Yushchenko’s associates. Wicke’s claims led some to question Yushchenko’s truthfulness and motives.

Obviously the British and Nazis of Europe Doctors were more likely to Lie to help the Banksters Choice of Candidate; namely, Viktor Yushchenko, a former Banker himself.

On November 17 1973, during a televised question and answer session with the press, Nixon said: “People have got to know whether or not their President is a crook. Well, I am not a crook. I have earned everything I have got.”

However, we all know that President Nixon was most certainly was a big crook because he Lusted for the American Plutocrats and Banksters Dirty Money, and if we read the account at Wikipeadia, then this is undeniably confirms these Facts, and Foreigners should not interfere in Ukraine, because let the Ukrainians clean up corruption, because Germany will destroy Europe again, if the other European Countries let it happen.

We all knew that the Nazis of Europe have made Italy and Greece install former Bankers as their Prime Ministers, and so Ukraine fits the pattern for Puppets to Euro-American Plutocrats and Banksters to Exploit the Ukrainian People.

We all know that the Democratically Elected President of Ukraine and his Party want good relations with the European Union, and therefore it is obvious that they are seeking advice from the European Union on how to handle this Complex and Perplexing matter in a Fair and Balanced manner, that does not compromise the Principles of Natural Justice.

The title should be:
Ukraine warns EU over no actions against political thiefs.

EU has a lot to learn from Ukraine, politicians and billionares such as Berlusconi and Tymoshenko should not be allowed to be free just because they have money or power.

Ukraine is doing the right thing.

Although I have to admit that she is a hot ex politician that many western politicians have a lot to learn from, regarding her looks and clothing style ;-)

the eu should really take a much harder look at what level of legalaity they wish to consider. it is the opinion of the ukranian government that tymoshenko's actions while pm were irresponsible and/or traitorous. for the eu to now cry that it is a politically motivated sentence, i ask the eu for their politically movtivated lack of sentences with respect to those individuals that wreaked havoc on the economy, social systems and overall well being of the nations and eu block as a whole. these wheelers and dealers who've collectively pissed away billions of dollars in schemes and games in order to make themselves wealthier, without concern for the rest of the citizens have all walked away with money in pocket and a big 'sorry-smile'.
if tymoshenko's actions had a direct negative impact on ukraine, which it seems it did, then as a pm some level of responsibilty and accountablility must be demonstrated.
it is more likely that the eu leadership cast is regognizing that they too might befall the same fate if they royally mess things up. and why not? the people are paying for the leader's salary, housing, food, international trips, hotel stays, protection, pension,... and the list goes on. if a leader takes all of these things and then ruins the environment for the people shouldn't they pay something back somehow?
our modern democracy is not for, of or by the people any longer. it is governed by professional politicians, people who inevitably display their distaste for the people that they claim to serve. its a tragedy of our time that we can never learn from our mistakes.
