If they are Serbs why then 2 Serbian States in Balkans?
(Engineer, 4 May 2012 15:57)

You could also say that Croatia has 1.5 Croatian states as well as Serbia having 1.5 states.

BOSNIA.

Why are there 2 Albanian states in the Balka-oh, wait...

crno gorci are serbs. what a gnorrant person. the mafia run state of djukanovic is the first time anybody ever even thought of making crna gora independent.

Serbia should be grateful then to djukanovic that Serbia no longer lives under the same roof with a mafia run state; the same way Serbia should be grateful to the Albanians that Serbia no longer lives under the same roof with Kosovo and its 2M terrorits.

Just like Serbs in Bosnia or Croatia there are Serbs in Montenegro who are also Montenegrin by geography.

"No, the diary was ruled inadmissible because it had four different handwrittings in it. No serious court in the world would have admitted the kind of evidence that was presented.
(Dingo, 2 May 2012 22:29) "

Thanks, I thought I read at some point about the handwriting, but I don't remember where - thanks for confirming this.

Are we going to have to wait for some historian to get around to examining it, 100 years from now? Myself, I don't think I'll make it.

About the prosecutor - was he totally incompetent? Ok, at first it looked like he could make his case with one witness, but still, he didn't provide for even one detainee to testify? When the Jews finally got hold of German camp guards and so forth there was never any problem in finding witnesses, even decades later. You would at least expect the Belgrade papers to be filled with stories based on the personal experiences of the Serbs who had been held there. Or maybe I just missed it.

BTW, the government in Albania just approved a bill ensuring cooperation with the organ-trafficking investigation. We can only hope the head of the investigator there is more professional. If there are guilty parties, they should be proved to be guilty, if they're not guilty, they should be exonerated.

You say this case was "politically motivated". Can you explain this claim? And what do you have to support your claim?

And if possible, please, keep your answer in the realm of logic.

I thought it was a 'suicide' - and not another case of a witness who wanted to testify against a KLA/mafia criminal who mysterically 'disappeared', or died in a 'car accident' or by a similar 'natural' kind of death?

Surprising? Not realy! I'd be surprised once an albanian is covicted of warcrimes. Still today albanians are causing trouble in the balkans. We have the case with the five butchered macedonians not long ago. And still barely any albanians have been convicted. Thank the US of A for that. One criminal regime supporting another.

The trail was politically motivated and thats why it failed. I have followed this case in great detail and the whole case was based on the testimony of one person, Agim Zogaj, who was asked to sign documents in english despite not understaning english. His interview videos clearly show his initial testimony which is totally differnt to the his apparent diary, and documents signed in english.

Whether Limaj commited these offences I do not know, but the insistence of EULEX prosecution on pursuing this despite lack of evidence, the illegal ways of obtaining poor evidence, and the pressure they applied on Agim Zogaj which is obvious on the interview videos, it is clear that this case was political. Secondly, someone from prosecution should be charged for incompetence for the death of Agim Zoga, who was completely failed by this system.

This case is more fishy than a whole fish shop. On the other hand, those things suit well to Kosovo's image in the world as a corrupt 'state' which can only compete with some African ones.

I thought the diary was ruled inadmissible because its author had committed suicide and was therefore unavailable for questioning?

In any case: were there absolutely no witnesses available? The diary supposedly had lists of the names of those who were imprisoned at the site, so couldn't the prosecutor have contacted the Serbian authorities to track down at least one Serb who could testify? To at least one crime? Perhaps there's a reason, besides the obvious one, of course.

Most importantly, even their supporters in the West are slowly turning away from them after seeing their behaviour which is also a good thing for us Serbs!
