If you want Serbs to be more enthusiastic about EU how about EU stop making Serbia jump through hoops and give up on us giving up on Kosovo?

Wikipedia says that Affirmative Action refers to Policies that take factors such as race, colour, religion, gender, or national origin, into consideration in order to benefit an underrepresented group in areas of employment, education, and business, usually justified as countering the effects of a History of Discrimination.

The Democratic Institutions and Human Rights Office of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe said that they are in now Favour of Democracy and Human Rights in Europe.

Perhaps, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe are beginning to think that if America and Germany are willing to break International Laws on a Whim in order to perform Evil Acts of Gross Injustice, like they did with Serbia over its Province of Kosovo, then America and Germany could be persuaded to overlook International Law in order establish a measure of Justice that gives Democracy and Inalienable Human Rights to the Non Albanians of Serbia’s Province of Kosovo.

The Albanian Authorities in Pristina have told the International Community of Democratic Countries, that they have nothing against the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe or Council of Europe organizing Serbian Elections in Kosovo.

However, the truth of the matter is that the International Community of Democratic Countries, know from Past Practices that the Albanians of Serbia’s Province of Kosovo would use Violence if Democratic Elections take place, or it Human Rights are Respected.

If the Kosovo Albanian Leadership really meant what they said, then they would be urging the International Community of Democratic Countries to Organize and Conduct these Elections, even if they are Delayed Elections.

There are Many People who think that a Temporary Compromise that gives Positive Discrimination, or Affirmative Action as it the Practiced with Minorities in America and elsewhere, would Surely help the Situation, and that it is the Best way Forward.

A possible Temporary Compromise Solution, could be for the NATO Countries to scrap the Kumanovo Agreement, and to allow the Serbian Government to send Soldiers and Policemen to North Kosovo to oversee and provide Security for the Local Elections in North Kosovo, even if they prove to be Delayed Elections because of the Circumstances, and to have KFOR provide Security for the Non Albanian Minority in South Kosovo.

KFOR has said that it is ready for every possibility, and that could involve the possibility of scrapping the Kumanovo Agreement, and the possibility that Germany withdraws its support for the Illegal independence movement of the Albanians of Serbia’s Province of Kosovo.

The European Union should not miss this good opportunity to send a Peaceful and Friendly signal to the Albanians of South Kosovo that Genuine Negotiations that seek a Mutually Agreeable Compromise are the Best way Forward for the Serbian Province of Kosovo.

The holding of Local Elections in North Kosovo, and the scrapping of the long out dated Kumanovo Agreement are good for the Albanians of Serbia’s Province of Kosovo, because they are Peaceful and Friendly signals to the Albanians of Kosovo that Genuine Negotiations that seek a Mutually Agreeable Compromise are the Best way Forward for the Serbian Province of Kosovo.

Serbia is a European Union Candidate Country, and Serbia has a Partnership for Peace Program with NATO, and perhaps the only Partnership NATO has with the Albanians of Serbia’s Province of Kosovo is Crime, Lies, Slander, and the Denial of their Inalienable Human Rights and the Denial of the Democratic Rights of the Serbian People of Kosovo.

It would only be Proper if the Local Elections could also be held at least in North Kosovo, even if a few Municipal Elections have to be Delayed.

The Serbian People will never recognize Kosovo no matter what happens, and if the situation is not Normalized soon, then all of the Albanians of the Balkans will have earned themselves Economic Genocide for their many Lies, for their Malicious Slanders, for their Unjustified and Inhuman Hatred of anything not Albanian, and for their Many recorded and documented Acts of Evil.

The Kosovo Albanians should stop doing these bad things and learn to become Reasonable, and this will benefit Others, and it will especially Benefit the Albanians of Serbia’s Province of Kosovo, because the Autonomy they will be granted will be strongly based on the United Nations Six Ponit Plan for Kosovo.

These Matters should be made the Subject of one or more United Nation General Assembly Motions, if it becomes necessary to Protect and to Grant Justice, the End of Racist Oppressions, Democratic Rights, and Inalienable Human Rights to the Non Albanian People of Serbia’s Province of Kosovo.

But please mr. Fule not the democrats. Their euro-entusiasm is destroying Serbia. Serbs need a government that will be euro-enthusiast in their acts, not in their statements.

When the people see that your political class are nothing but organ harvesting narco ttaffickers, they will long to come back to the the fold. indepenedent Kosovo was born dead. They have no legitimacy, no tradition, other than they perpertrated one of the biggest hoaxes in modern European history. Maybe there should be a needs based test to paittcrpaie. I understand that one current council person who accepted VOE funds, also vacationed in a resort in Mexico . If one has any ethics, one would not accept VOE money while taking expensive vacations . I guess they are there for the public to serve them instead of being a public servant .In general, especially on state-wide races like a judge. VOE is a good thing . For a local election like Chapel Hill, one can raise the money needed for a true grass-roots campaign .
