According to him, the attacks are planned by Kosovo Albanian extremist organizations and various paramilitary units which are, as he said, “always held in reserve somewhere”.

There are no paramilitary units or extreme organizations in Kosova.But than again, this was Miloshevic's style to invent things for its own purpose.
Having said that, I hope to god is true what you saying so I can see some real action in making.

This warmonger needs to be told to shut up and stop enticing hatred. He is doing exactly what his idol (Slobo) did 20+ years ago.

There is no threat of any kind, just like there wasn't in 1981, 1987, or 1989. Stop using the strategy of crying wolf, hoping that the wolf will show up. It has not worked, and it will not work.

Stop using Kosovo for internal consumption for once as it is only hurting you, and the Serbs in Kosovo.

How many times he and the rest of the cabinet have been told that there won't be local elections? How many times it had been stated in various statements, the news and elsewhere it would be stopped if local elections would be held while there is no problem with parliament and presidential?

Dacic deliberately stays very unspecific regarding the type of elections which will or might be prevented. So when Serbs violate regulations and hold local elections there will be certainly a reaction from Prishtina's side.

Dacic clearly blows this up despite regulations have been defined, telling us what whatever provocation happens in Kosovo, he already blamed in advance Prishtina. A very obvious but still primitive way to collect votes from the right wing. We definitely see why KFOR reinforced troops. Dacic is one of the reasons.
