OSCE: Serbia improved election process

The Democratic Institutions and Human Rights Office of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe or OSCE, said that there is a difference in procedures for Presidential, Parliamentary and Local Elections and that holding of all elections at the same time could lead to confusion.

Yes it could lead to confusion with a few Voters who might had been drinking too much, but it has never caused confusion before, and it will not cause confusion this time.

What would cause Confusion is why should badly needed Money be Wasted on having these Elections on different days, and in America they Vote for Many Elections on the same day.

The truth of the matter is that the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, know that there is no Security or Cooperation in Europe, and so they insult the Intelligence of the Voters as their Scapegoat.

The Albanian Authorities in Kosovo have told the International Community of Democratic Countries that they had nothing against the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe or Council of Europe hosting Serbian Elections in Kosovo.

However, the truth of the matter is, that the International Community of Democratic Countries know that the Albanians of Serbia’s Province of Kosovo have threatened Violence if Elections take place, because there is no Cooperation in Europe, and the International Community of Democratic Countries cannot provide Security in Europe.

Serbia is a European Union Candidate and has a Partnership for Peace Program with NATO, and the Partnership NATO has with the Albanians of Serbia’s Province of Kosovo is Crime, Lies, Slander, and the Denial of the Human Rights and Democratic Rights of the Serbian People of Kosovo.

There are Many People who think that a Compromise would Surely help the Situation.

A possible Compromise Solution, because of the time constraints, could be for NATO Countries to scrap the Kumanovo Agreement, and let the Serbian Government send Soldiers and Policemen to North Kosovo to oversee and provide Security for the Local Elections in North Kosovo, and to have KFOR provide Security in South Kosovo.

KFOR has said that it is ready for every possibility, and that could involve the possibility of scrapping the Kumanovo Agreement, and the possibility that Germany withdraws its support for the Illegal independence movement of the Albanians of Serbia’s Province of Kosovo.

An Individual or an Organization cannot solve their problems if they are in denial, or if seek to make Scapegoats of others.

The European Union should not miss this good opportunity to send a Peaceful and Friendly sign to the Albanians of South Kosovo that Genuine Negotiations that seek a Mutually Agreeable Compromise are possible for the Serbian Province of Kosovo.
