With the number of Serbian tourists traveling to Turkey each year its not surprising that Turkey is investing in airports. More functional airports in Serbia means more Serbian tourists in Turkey. And from what I heard Turkey is both cheap and offers a high quality vaccation.

Maybe he is granted a visit at his idol, Anders Breivik, and is to busy reading the news.

Interesting, for centuries Turkey (resp. the Ottoman Empire) was called "The sick man of Europe", or in Germany "The sick man at the Bosporus". And now Turkey's economy is sky rocketing sometimes with higher growth than China. Some even say that the Arab spring is related to Turkey's growing domination in the Middle East. We can expect more surprises from Turkey in the next decades.

Cheers!

This fellow Serbs is a quality of BS that is extremely hard to surpass. Turkey is a third world country being propped up by aid from the EU and outside of Istanbul and Ankara it’s a horse and donkey economy, but it has a higher growth rate than China. Truly it does not get any better than this. The EU is stagnating while the US is in a pit that is difficult to describe when you have the Apple Corporation has a reserve of 400 billion which is more than the US government holds and by some miracle we have Turkey which is trading with the Martians and their settlements on Mars are going gang busters. I hasve never seen a tail wag the dog except amongst the Albo who post on this site.
Wow, do you working in the US Treasury Department? Can you imagine why the Turkish Government spends its money outside their borders, especially when this money could have been used to build much desperately needed infrastructure at home? Ankara thinks it will have a foot hold in the Balkans while its people go without – great as far as I am concerned if the ordinary Turks put up with this. But what has Turkey built in Kosovo????

Seems a confusing article to me. Some parts talk about "invest" and "investors", others refer to the funds as a "donation". So which is it?
